My experience at Best Buy Cascade Station was extremely disappointing due to their terrible customer service. I wandered through the store for a while, trying to find assistance, but I couldn’t find a single employee willing to help. It was frustrating to spend time searching without anyone to answer my questions or guide me.
Unfortunately, the only redeeming feature is the store’s convenient location. Beyond that, the service quality was lacking and left much to be desired. I hope they address their staffing and customer support issues soon.

Best Buy was great, some needs to get it to the manufacturers that we absolutely HAVE to have the dimensions to the packages they come in!! I can't tell if your TV will fit or not!! Man that's such an easy thing for the. To do too.
Anyways, Best Buy was great. Even helped take some trash. (I had to remove the entire TV from its packaging because it would not fit in a full size SUV. 🤦🏻♂️)

I will NEVER go here again! I went in yesterday wanting to see the desktop and workstation selection. Came across an HP specialist, he grabbed a Microsoft specialist. This young man went directly into attempting to sell me Microsoft 365, which I already subscribe to as I told him. He then went into selling a Best Buy membership. As I redirected him back to talking about desktops vs. workstations, he didn't even know what a WS was. Tried to force a Dell Inspiron on me which is well-underpowered for what I need for massive data analytics. I pulled up a photo of the exact same Inspiron that I saw the day before at Costco for $200 less with double the MBs. Both of these salesmen stood there while not understanding the basic questions that I was asking and trying to sell me nothing related to an actual computer. I was dumbfounded.
