Read your receipt's fine print. No returns after 15 days, not even for store credit!! In our lives we purchase things that occasionally are incorrect, for Pete's sake give people more than 15 days to return items. Give store credit after 15 days. Because of this policy they lost out me buying a television from them today, and it was going to be an expensive TV. I was planning on putting the store credit I thought I was going to get, but alas their crappy return policy cost them a customer. I hope the $49.99 item they would not take back was worth losing out on a $1,000 or so purchase of another item. I will go back to Best Buy if I need to look at item, but I will definitely buy elsewhere. Nice going management. This is why middle managers get fired.......they have terrible ideas!!

I ordered a $3300 Mac online. My sig other put it on her account and paid cash. They made me waste 1.5 hours of time for verification only to be told it wouldn't be verified that night. I returned the next day and the manager was very nice and helped rectify the situation.

Best Buy does not care about you as a customer. I can not stress this enough - do not order applicances from Best Buy. I ordered a refrigerator which was delayed for months and then was subsequently charged when I finally had to cancel the order - no clear explanation was given after hours on the phone. Seriously, save yourself the hassel and shop elsewhere. I have recorded the completely inadequate customer support that seems to contradict charges and plan to pursue legal actions.Update- best buy is still terrible to work with. I went shopping at Costco for applicances afterwards and the customer service and support is night and day difference. Do not shop with Best Buy.

The entire store smelled strongly of stale cat urine somehow. Still technically a functional best buy, but I wouldn't recommend lingering.
