Whatever manager is reading this, read closely! I was 100% ready to give this best buy a 1 star review. Best buy sent me on a long winded chase filled with misdirection and misinformation to get my dash cam installed. Ultimately a very frustrating experience.Ash in geek squad, however, gave me such amazing service that I am gladly leaving a 5 star review. These types of associates are the type of people you want to keep around. He is the ONLY reason I plan on continuing to shop here.I know one of you managers are reading this. Seriously, don't ignore him. Do not let this guy go unrecognized. Reward him for his excellence. I 100% plan on checking in in the future to make sure that he isn't being neglected. Spare one of your managers time because I am not afraid to share my opinions on professionalism and employee recognition in person. Spare us the awkward conversation. ? Went to the Geek Squad withouta an appointment. My computer was hijacked. The technician was very thorough and patiently answered all my questions after registering the computer for repairs. I am very glad that I am enrolled in total care.

The only reason why we have the best player on this list in this team was because we have no idea how many people we could have picked out from this year in this draft class because we are not going anywhere else this draft pick is the best in this year so far this is the most important one in our draft picks in this class I am very happy to rsev this is very exciting for me to have this class beyond my cer waint werking my head in my face for the last few weeks of the draft and it is so much worse than last year so I will have to go wey far away to be able to make it to my final draft this is the last time that I will be here because I net being I'm just saying if I don't get it right for the car I can just go to the shop to pick up the car but I'm just not going anywhere because I'm not feeling well so I'll just drive to the bank or anything like this and I'll be there and I don't know what time you can come get me or not because it's just not worth the money and it's not worth the risk of being in a car wreck or anything else so I'm going home to do that so I'm just not sure if I'm going out there or out here to Emil to see if the Oder is ready for too backup to dery in the soer

If you have questions about a product don't come here. The salespeople generally can't answer questions unless they have personal knowledge of the product and the management couldn't answer, either.

This first time doing any review.i am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experiences purchasing AirPods from Best Buy. Over the past few years, I have purchased three different versions of AirPods from your store, and each one has malfunctioned after just 8 months of use.The most frustrating part of this ordeal has been the complete lack of assistance and concern from Best Buy's staff when I attempted to address the issue in-store. Upon visiting the store and explaining the situation, I was made to wait for an hour, only to be told that nothing could be done to fix or replace the faulty AirPods. Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that I would be charged $65 for any attempted repairs.To make matters worse, when I attempted to seek assistance from the Geek Squad, I was met with further disappointment. Despite waiting in line, the Geek Squad was unable to resolve the issue, leaving me with malfunctioning AirPods and no solution in sight.This experience has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed with Best Buy. It is unacceptable that a reputable retailer such as Best Buy would sell products that malfunction after such a short period of time, and even more unacceptable that they would refuse to take responsibility for the issue.I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for many years, but this recent experience has seriously shaken my trust in the company. Moving forward, I will be taking my business elsewhere, as I can no longer rely on Best Buy to provide quality products and service.I strongly urge Best Buy to reevaluate their customer service policies and product quality control measures to ensure that other customers do not have to endure the same disappointing experience that I have. Until then, I will be warning friends and family to avoid purchasing electronics from Best Buy and instead opt for more reliable retailers such as Amazon.

Decent parking available. Security upon entering is rude, standoffish and on a power trip based on my observation. There were several things out of stock. It was a challenge to find what we were looking for. No one asked if we needed help.
