Booked and went to check in and would not allow my service animal. Have never been questioned. Needless to say I had to find another place in middle of night. ?

You have to use a “bank issued” credit card when you check in. They rejected my Apple Card and argued with me about it. Didn’t even try it. Had to use a debit card and now will need to get reimbursed. So frustrating! Won’t be back.

I was picked up at the airport by Paris, she was amazing! She was very cheerful and bubbly, what a nice way to be welcomed by Best Western. Everything was top notch. Thank you for a wonderful experience.I am one happy customer ?.
