Submitting my review and hiiiighly recommending Beth Imhoff at Guild, easy! Being first time homebuyers without ever taking a class was not an issue. Beth was and still is available to answer any questions at any time about anything regarding our home buying and first time owning experience. Our realtor Lily Ray had recommended two options for us. It was made very apparent right away that Beth was the right fit for us. We were set up for success with the best team of ladies. We will be using Beth (and her team Kacey!) when we go for our next home in a few years again.

Beth and the rest of Team Imhoff work together as a well-oiled machine. From day 1, they were proactive about providing us options and were quick to order underwriting. At every step of the way, Beth and her team made themselves available to us to answer our questions, and that effort lowered the barrier to entry of obtaining a loan. In the end, my partner and I are more than satisfied with the quality of the loan and the assistance that was provided to us throughout the homebuying process. It's obvious why Team Imhoff was highly recommended to us.
Last thing I will say is that the Guild Mortgage team goes above and beyond with their networking and access to other professionals that can service other needs for things like home insurance, for example. It wasn't just that their team was effective, but they are surrounded by other competent professionals that can assist first-time homebuyers such as ourselves. How does word equal the work they put into our transaction? We were told from our realitor that buying a house has peaks and valleys, and many times we felt like the valleys were overwealming. But not only did our realitor keep our heads up, when we kept sinking, Beth was incredibly supportive, and it felt like she used all of her energy on us(even if we knew we weren't. ) Giving her the best marks is nothing compared to feeling like family. Raising a glass to not only Beth but the whole team that make this anxious couple at ease.
