Very cozy! I like the rustic and historic look of the place. Staff are very friendly. Food and coffee is delicious. I've been stopping in when I get a break for work and want to relax a little before taking on the rest of my day. I recommend any of the quiche options.

Delicious red chili with quality tender chunked beef. Comes with flavorful sourdough toast and pats of real butter. Strong drip coffee.

Great coffee, nice atmosphere and good service. They did forget the syrup (0,75$) in my coffee and it was pretty loud because people were having a good time and were socializing, which makes sense on a rainy Sunday. Alternative milk is pretty expensive with 1,25$, but again delicious coffee!! Would definitely come here again and also try one of their bagels or Sammie’s

Amazingly slow. Unbelievably, frustratingly, slow. There’s was 5 people in the place and it still takes almost 20 minutes for a basic espresso drink. And for a pie place the crust could use some work.

Good coffee and good bagel sandwiches. Not the friendliest of places and like one reviewer stated, their tips start at 15% - for what? You pick up your food and bus your own table.

Beverages were good, but the food was quite bland. Had a bagel-egg-tomato, apricot scone, their zucchini quiche, and coffee beverages. Just very minimal flavor in their food.

This has been a favorite coffeeshop, creator of my birthday pie (chocolate, raspberry, espresso cream) and alt office for over a decade. They're a pillar of the community and I adore their original owners as well as current owners. ?Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian breakfast sandwich is a favorite.Dietary restrictions: My mom has an onion allergy and they're great accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: My dad had a big power chair & could navigate in easily. The main door is ramped.

Ham breakfast sammie and an oat milk latte for a nice breakfast while hanging out at this great, local coffee shop. Plenty of seating to read, work, or just relax.

Met up with friends in town at Bipartisan Cafe, known for their handmade pies.Coffees are $3.25-6.00 USD in three sizes (8/12/16 oz). No service (busk your own tables) yet the minimum tip option was 15%.- Latte ($5.25 USD 12 oz) - subbed for oat ($1.25 USD extra). Solid but pricey cup.- Ham breakfast sammie ($8.50 USD) - sandwich was tiny and bland. Disappointing.- Veggie quiche ($6.50 USD) - decent.Stick with the pies at BC.

I enjoyed my latte & the environment, but this is the most I've ever spent on a drink. $7.25 for a 16oz latte? That's insane!

This is a great cafe to get some work done, or to meet up with a friend. A good variety of pastry and beverage options, and lots of tables. Outlets could be a little hard to find, and it was bustling, so a couple times over a few hours there was no more seating available. Loved the vegetarian quiche, and appreciated that they have year-round lavender syrup for drinks!Vegetarian options: Rotating vegetarian quiche, and various vegan pies.

I dont think the food is fantastic the scones are pretty good though. Reasonable prices for portland area. The vibe is pretty interesting and original so that's fun.
