I've filed my taxes here for years with Gilbert Gleason and referred my husband, but since last year I have not been able to receive any response from this location unless I called main customer service line of H&R Block. I feel that they don't care about each customer as much, do not like booking appoints, have cancelled phone appointments last minute on me, and tries to spend the least amount of time per customer as possible even though I only contacted them with a question twice in the last year. I really wanted to keep my accountant the same every year and not have to look for a new one, but the lack of customer service and disregard for long time customers makes it impossible for me to trust them again.

Stephanie always does a good job and I never have to doubt the work. She makes taxes easy and painless. Thank you! The price is high for just filing taxes, but that is not the fault of the tax advisor.

Block adviser may be okay but avoid Wayne Grover. I went 2 years in a row and I can assure you he will do as little work as possible while charging you as much as he can. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere fair.

Worse experience! It was my first time doing my taxes and it was extremely frustrating. The person who supposed to help me (her name is Eva) was very rude and did not even help me to understand the process. But yet she over charged me.
