Bloom went above and way beyond on my very ugly crawlspace. I was so impressed with how not only did all of the employees, but also the owner Nathan, seemed like they enjoyed the challenge and was so professional and pleasant throughout the whole situation. I recommend them to everyone!

I found out that my crawlspace was basically a disaster with downed HVAC ducts, some sitting water, downed insulation and rodent activity. I researched companies and found Bloom online.
I liked their website which has a lot of good information, and I took time to read their reviews, which were very good. I called them for a crawlspace inspection and was very impressed with the thorough inspection by their tech, and following estimate with solutions/options (and photos). Working with Bloom Pest Control has been one of the most positive experiences with contract type work I've ever had. From the initial crawlspace inspection, to the final result, the process was professional, with attention to detail. Additionally, they listened to all of my concerns, took time to answer questions and I felt they really cared. All of the people at Bloom from the office staff to the owner Nathan, have been a pleasure to interact with. They also, were very good about leaving everything neat and tidy.
They are really good people, and they do really good work. They will forever be my go to crawlspace/pest company!

I had a absolutely horrible crawlspace to deal with when I purchased my home. Nathan and his team came in and made it like new! They were quick, efficient and friendly. They even managed to seem like they enjoyed the challenge! Amazing!

Nathan and his team at Bloom were fantastic. Our recently purchased home needed a new vapor barrier, insulation repair, and 16 posts replaced. Bloom did the work in two days for half of what we were quoted from a local crawlspace company in McMinnville. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and highly recommend Bloom to anyone who needs crawlspace work done!

Bloom pest control did a significant attic and crawlspace mitigation to remove rodents, redo insulation, and remove a LOT of junk that was left by the previous owners of our new house. They showed up on time, brought a large team to efficiently get the job done. They did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards even with a very messy job. I will definitely go back to bloom IF we need more work done.

We purchased a small cottage with a large garage and back yard that was built in 1948 by a young farmer from Wisconsin who lived in it for the rest of his life. It has a few idiosyncracies and in the midst of installing a vapor barrier in the crawl space which among other things included cutting a hole in the floor of a small room in the back corner of the house in order to access the last bit of it, the crew discovered that one of the idiosyncracies was a gas leak. Other reviews have mentioned the professionalism of the crews. These guys dealt with a bunch of extra challenges (and us) with humor and creativity and obviously got a lot of satisfaction from doing an excellent job and even found time to discuss things with us as the work progressed. And they kept our house from blowing up. Hard to beat that!

I had rats in my crawl space. 😱 Bloom Pest Control cleaned up my crawl space, added a new vapor barrier, secured and insulated my ductwork. Everyone was professional and efficient. Amazing results! I highly recommend Bloom Pest Control and Home Services.

Nathan and his team, including Lorenzo, Jason, Jeff and Cowan, and his electrician Maurice did a great job on our crawl space! They cleaned it and laid down new vapor barrier and removed all of the old materials so that I can get the water pipes redone in advance of having Bloom back to install new floor/HVAC insulation. They repaired the vents, repaired the heating ductwork and they installed a sump pump too. Nathan is very knowledgeable and everyone was so polite and professional and efficient. Working in such a cramped, unpleasant but essential part of a house is hard work. The charges were fair and well-earned and the administrative folks were nice too. I highly recommend Bloom's crawl space services!!
