The site is extremely outdated, the customer service is subpar at best, and my overall experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing. However, their products are of high quality, which is why I assigned a 3 star rating instead of 1. If it weren't for the quality products they produce, I would not deal with them or think twice about shopping here.Kindly consider improving your website and modernizing it, and training your customer service representatives to provide better service.

The wrong item ( Cold Quell) was sent to me / I ordered 2 AllerEase 60/ may be there was an IT blitch because it seems that the AllerEase 60 is out of stock/ I talked to Dennis & sent him an email w/ a phote of the cold quell/ he was not helpful & told me it was my mistake/ this is awful costumer service / I am very disappointed in Blue Poppy or may be it was Dennis that was problematic. At any rate I am not a happy customer.Rebecca Reynolds Arlington VA?

As a licensed herbalist, Blue Poppy is my favorite company. I had the most excellent customer service this evening from Ashlyn, who alerted me to a way I can save money in my order and avoid a shipping fee. She went out of her way to contact me, to let me know. I truly appreciated it. She also clued me onto the therapeutic foods that Blue Poppy carries, which I was not aware of.I have been a Blue Poppy customer for over 14 years, and I'm always satisfied and happy with their high quality products.

I've shopped with Blue Poppy for a couple decades now. Over this much time, most companies have occasional "bumps" in their product offerings and customer service. Not Blue Poppy. They still offer a great set of products and when I experienced a recent missing package delivery, they immediately responded and set me a replacement. Kudos to Ben and staff in their customer orientation!

This is my go-to for my acupuncture clinic supplies. I just received an order to my doorstep, free shipping, less than 24 hours after I ordered it. The customer service is A+++++++. We are so lucky to have them local.

I am a VET practising in Australia. In October 2019 I had opened a practitioner account handing in all my documents regarding my qualification as a VET including my practice registration in Australia. In my clinic I do use Chinese Medicine extensively for my beloved 4 leg customers. Because, I am trying to offer these wonderful medicines affordable to a pet owner, I am always worried about the final pricing of a remedy to the end-user. So I asked Blue Poppy Enterprises about potential shipping cost to Australia. After checking my documentations they opened my account and kindly offered free shipping to Australia until the end of this year.However, to my great disappointment, at my first order adding to US$399, they wanted to add a shipping charge of US$225. The order contained 3 books, and about 30 Chinese herb remedies. When I had reminded Blue Poppy about their free shipping offer, I got informed that they are unable to keep the promised free shipping-offer to Australia, as this would not apply to an international delivery!The experience with this company has extremely disappointed me, and forced me to re-organise my order at a different supplier. I do have to add that my wife, to who I am married for 14 years is from China, she is also very interested in Chinese Medicine, and uses many of these herbs for herself and also adds some of the herbs into our daily cooking.Due to this private circumstance, we both sort-of-know, what approximately the cost of Chinese medicines accounts to directly in the Mainland China. This concerns us both deeply!
