They didn’t greet me but welcomed another guest. My second time here and i bought lipstick both times. I think they were suspicious of me.

I love this store!!
I am a fancy (but functional) skin care addict. (As you should be)
I came in looking for a gift for a friend and a new facewash for myself. I was particular about glass and no plastic (or very little) and Arturo was able to show me several different options.
I told them I needed to research them and come back when I'd figured out which one to get and none of them batted an eye.
Fast forward to a week later, I ended up getting the Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser and Nest candle for a friend's birthday!
I felt both were luxurious and a reasonable price.
I think there is something for everyone here and suggest you go and check it out.
It looks like there is a spa of some sort on site as well which I'll look forward to checking out.

I used to love this store and always had exceptional service on every visit, tonight… not so much. I did arrive just before closing (y’all close at 6pm most weeknights, wild??) and didn’t even realize it until I tried to open the door and it was locked. Mind you, it was not 6pm yet, is this the normal practice for this business?? There were 3-4 employees standing behind the counter. One (with very short hair) begrudgingly came to open the door for me. “Are you already closed”, I asked? “As long as you know what you want and can complete the transaction in 1.5 minutes, I’ll let you in”, she replied. I did know what I wanted and exactly where it was located. It was an almost $200 CE Ferulic serum that I had gone out of my way on my commute home to pick up. I walked over, grabbed it and took it directly to the counter. The same extraordinarily rude woman said, “I’m so ready to get out of here”. “Clearly”, I replied. I paid and mentioned that I bet I had beaten her 1.5 minute requirement. There was no apology for the rudeness, she just walked me to the door so that she could “let me out”. No thanks for coming in.
I will think twice about giving this place my business. Too bad, since my wife and I spend hundreds on skincare each month and have just gone back to SkinCeuticals. No matter, I’ll find somewhere else to purchase where I’m appreciated. Things are far too expensive these days not to be treated with kindness and respect, especially when making what would be a repeat purchase many times per year.

Walked in, one person on the phone, one person with a client. No one even looked up to say hello and that they’ll be with us a minute. Was ready to spend about $200 between my mom and i. After 5Minutes of no eye contact, we left. Understand you’re under staffed, but the phone call didn’t sound like business related and hate being ignored when ready to spend money. Won’t be back

I came in today and had the pleasure of a very sweet and helpful girl help me out with the exact products I needed. Her name was Eden and I’ll never forget her because my skin has never looked better in the 28 years I’ve been alive. I will never go to another person because she has all the insight. I super suggest her for any of your skincare needs! She will take extra care of you. ?

I never leave bad reviews but I am always treated so rudely at this store. They did have the products that I came in to purchase but customer service was so horrible that I ended up leaving and ordering what I needed online. It honestly seems like they’re only willing to assist older white women. I’m only giving two stars because everyone at the Bridgeport location is lovely and they have a good selection of products.
