I usually shop at Sephora but I love the brands bluemercury carries. Went in looking for a moisturizer I talked to Karen and she was amazing! I let her know I didn’t want to spend a crazy amount of money on a moisturizer but wanted something in the middle of the pack. She gave me some recommendations for my sensitive skin and landed on their in house brand m-61. It’s been working great for my eczema prone skin. Her service was phenomenal even knowing I wasn’t there to spend the big bucks. I will definitely be returning!

Arrived on a busy Sunday and DJ (I hope I remember her name correctly!) was lovely and helpful. Lots of clients needed 1:1 support from staff and I had to wait a moment but DJ was lovely and was assuring that I was not forgotten and apologized for the wait. Her smile is infectious and very knowledgeable about the products.

I had a very helpful young lady who treated me kind. The rest of the employees looked at me like I was a parasite that they needed to get rid of, it left me leaving the store feeling sad. I was excited to find the store because Korean Sheet masks are sold there, but I'm genuinely afraid to go in again. Training should be re-done on customer service bc this place needs it!

Employees will make you feel so bad about yourself, they are so RUDE. Not worth it. Just buy online and save yourself the emotional damage!

Not a great experience here. Made a purchase and was told it would be 20% off next week. I had planned to be out of town. When my travel plans were cancelled I called and asked if I could get an adjustment since I would be here for the promotion. Explained I had my receipt and unopened products. I’m a long time customer and explained what brand and what I was told about the promo. It was a significant savings or I would not have bothered. The employee said “of course”. Just bring it in and they would make a return and I could re purchase at the savings. Imagine my surprise when they told me in store that they do not do adjustments. I explained what I had learned on the phone so they agreed to return and repurchase. After a wait they shared with me that the brand I had purchased was on the exclusion list. What? When I made the purchase I was told it would be on sale and the brand was not excluded on the multiple emails I received about the promo. Aha….in the tiny print at the bottom it stated to go to the website for exclusions! The staff member told me to ask about exclusions next time I’m told there is a promo. Why is it the customers role to do the homework? I can buy this product in multiple places. I will stop buying from Bluemercury. What a waste of time due to the lack of education of the staff.

The products are tampered with, I got an eye cream unsealed with a different expired product in it . The staff acts like you don't exist, and management is non existent.

A great store with a huge selection of luxury products. My favorite line is the R+CO hair products. Very hard to find. You can also find some very nice beauty kits.

I love the Pearl District location. Everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and there's no pressure to buy. It feels more intimate than a giant department store, people seem to really care about you. I feel more like a client, less like a customer. Also, the products are great!
