“[This is an initial review based upon the first of two visits.] We have been searching for another tax preparation service since our previous CPA offices "shed" their small clients to focus more on corporate accounts. Fortunately, Fiducial's office is relatively close, and when contacted, they were accepting new customers. Our appointment was set to meet with Bill Pound , who was Fiducial's regional manager for over two decades.We arrived about 10 minutes early to fill out the new client forms, and there was another client waiting for their appointment as well.Our appointment with Bill went very quickly. He dialed in the previous year's history, then this year's figures. We were on our way home in less than an hour after sitting down in his office. A very pleasant experience.”
