Said I had a 4.99$ upgrade the store wanted to charge me over 100$ for a phone that you can start a new plan with for 100$ highly frustrating experience in general boost has been a funny company today was the first time I ever had an American representative on the phone and even then it was because their automated system failed to complete payment three times and it automatically kicked me to a car for a 4$ processing fee after being stuck in the automated system for 30 plus minutes. Not highly amused or impressed with boost as a provider but hell all phone companies come with nonsense these days so it's just the industry standard to bullshit the customer🤣

sold me a non-working sim card. they charged for literal trash. customer service was fine, but the product 100% didn't work and online support was no help whatsoever.

Buyer beware: They charged me a hefty activation fee back in February (maybe January) and I meant to post about it here after learning through the Customer Service line that I got scammed. I was going to go back to get the name of the tall Latino dude at this MLK location who set up my plan for me, but I had to head out of town and time got away from me. He sold me the $25-ish plan for unlimited, but they didn’t actually give me unlimited. At the end of the month when I ran out of everything, I called customer service and they fixed it for me but I wasn’t able to have it apply to the cycle that I was on so I had to pay extra for add-ons in the mean time. They gave me the unlimited plan that I had originally been sold and asked me to reference the store/associate who set up my plan because 1) they were not supposed to charge me an activation fee and 2) they didn’t give me what i payed for. Nice way to pocket my 70 bucks guys.

Has never been helpful and would not give me the upgrade due to me when I qualified for it. They told me to go to Best Buy and get the phone there, or they would have to charge me the full price of the phone.

Hey, listen, there's this crazy woman who works there. She's so rude and doesn't know how to keep her cool. Thank goodness the manager was there and handled the situation well. That lady seriously needs to find another job or something else to do.

Manny was very helpful in getting my father and I transferred over to Boost and set up with new phones. We really appreciated his friendly, patient, no-pressure approach, and came away feeling that he really wanted us to be happy with our new phones and service. We'll see how things go, but our transfer to Boost is off to a promising start!

I just called to request for a lady who was activating my SIM card on the 23rd, of September 2023 to check my other sim that was on my phone. The guy who answered the store number was rude to the extent of disconnecting my call! What kind of customer service is it? I called today 10-01-2023 at 10.40 A.M.I am disappointed that those who are mandated to serve customers can be this rude!

This store has wasted my time getting the low income device. They blame the verifier called quest. Their processor refuses to accept valid state id, verification letter etc. No wonder this chain has had so many broken windows.
