I literally had the best experience ever. Upon going into the store I realized I had left my keys in my car so while one rep was helping me sign up for a phone, the rest went outside in the rain to help get my door open. If that’s not customer service I don’t know what is! I got a new IPhone 12 and got my door open without having to call a locksmith they saved me so much time and money. I’m so grateful that I went there today.
