Because of my multiple sclerosis and a fall, I took a couple of years ago at blackberry diner. I needed a pair of construction or refinery type of non-slip. Boot's.
This was the only place open that had the type of boot I needed, and it was relatively good service for the area

The attitude of the male workers is very off putting. They don’t help much and when they are asked for help they seem to have a lot of attitude. Brayden wasn’t very kind and seemed bothered when we asked for help.

I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Morgan was. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and knows the absolute in and outs of the entire store, and every item in there. She Truly is the epitome of amazing customer service and deserves a million gold stars and a promotion. Boot Barn, don’t lose this one.

Ran in for a hat and some other things and had a great experience. Was helped by a very nice woman to help figure out my size and camille was great when shaping our hats and telling me how to care for it. Saturday morning crew is where it’s at!

Stacie was super helpful with an exchange, some returns and re-ordering the same orders in other sizes we needed instead. She made the whole process as quick and easy. always kind and Ive never had a bad interaction with any of the employees. The customer service at this store is excellent. I recently visited this store with my sister to purchase boots, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and disheartening. Despite spending a noticeable amount of time browsing and trying on items, not a single employee acknowledged us, offered assistance, or even greeted us.
What made the situation more troubling was observing how other customers—who did not appear to be people of color—were approached promptly and assisted with courtesy and enthusiasm. The contrast in treatment was hard to ignore and left us feeling invisible and unwelcome.
While no outright words were exchanged, the lack of engagement reflects a form of microaggression that many people of color are all too familiar with: being consistently overlooked and disregarded in spaces where we should receive equal treatment.
Everyone deserves to feel seen, respected, and valued in a retail environment, and sadly, that was not our experience here.

A great selection of not only boots but overall western wear. The customer service was friendly & quick to attend to your needs. Prices seemed fair. Love this store no matter which one we visit.
