These guys are the worst of the worst. I stupidly bought from them a couple of years ago. Well what do you know, shortly after buying the car all of the dash lights come on. And non-surprisingly the cat converter was bad, plus a bunch of other stuff that would have been over 5 grand to fix. More than the stupid thing was worth. They will try selling you a horsecrap warranty that will inflate your loan by a couple grand. I think they switched the wheels on the car, wonder what else they switched out. Don't buy from these absolute fools. They prey on desperate folk like me. And if you do plan on buying from them, bring your own mechanic. I'm filing for bankruptcy because of these twacked out baboons. It cracks me up reading their replies to the bad reviews. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS, PEOPLE. THESE GUYS SUCK!!!!

I bought my first car from a lot here. It was very straightforward process. I picked the vehicle from their website I liked. I called and asked questions about its health and history. Set up an appointment. That day I did all the paperwork and left with my new used car.He informed me the oil needed changed. Nothing broke yet.

This was a car my disabled son purchased. The windshield somehow got broken between the time he test-drove the car and when he purchased it. It took this dealership several weeks to make good on its promise to have it repaired. It caused my son a great deal of stress and a lot of phone calls to get this done. When it was returned, he was told that his handicap placard had disappeared. More stress to replace it. To be avoided. They manipulate the buyer and don't make good on their promises.

Update- 2 weeks after purchase the car started hemorrhaging hydraulic fluid and having issues with the auto body control system. I made my second payment on the vehicle 2 days ago, and today the transmission has gone out. I’m now several thousands in the hole on a car that needs repairs that outweigh the value, and lasted 2 months.Great buying experience. I bought a Mercedes SL500, Nikki was super kind during the buying process. The team is respectful and really wants your business, while replacing a dead battery the mechanic even worked to restore the headlights before I left so they would work better and be safer for me. I would recommend to anyone, and would return in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: I've quite literally never reviewed a business, but this was such an incredibly awful experience I had to. The owner tried to explicitly direct the language I should use when posting a bad review because it was obviously not their fault and impatient people like me are the issue...My awful story: I test drove a car on Saturday morning, the car was fine but had an issue noise. I was told they would have a mechanic check it out and get back to me by the end of the day. Saturday - No responseSunday - No responseMonday- No responseSent a text Monday afternoon - no responseCalled Monday night, receptionist had no idea what I was talking about and asked to call me back.No call backTuesday - sent another text looking for an updateTuesday night I receive a text from the owner saying "haven't had a chance to take it to the shop" Text back asking for any estimation of time, or if he would be reaching out when he receives an answer.Guess what.... no responseWednesday night at the end of the day, as I did not receive any substantial information showing they even slightly care about my business, I texted expressing my frustration and letting them know I'll be adding to their already awful reviews.Funny enough, I received a speedy response from the owner telling me I should complain about the mechanic not them. Then he proceeds to insult me just like he does to the rest of the bad but clearly valid reviews.The owner loves to attribute dismal customer service with an individuals hate for small business owners. I guarantee he will respond here calling me impatient and say something like "people like me make it hard for a small family owned business to be successful"His final message to me, "You must be a millennial"I hope this review will at the very least help one person make the important decision to avoid this business at all costs.

Alonzo was very helpful in walking through the details of the car in a timely manner. Price of the car was very good, a few thousand below carfax price and they saved us money on little details while closing the sale. I noticed some aesthetic damage on the vehicle and some balding tires and they fixed the damage and replaced the tires before we drove off for free.

Great experience! I’ve now purchased 3 cars from Braidia and every time it’s been quick and easy. I’ve had my newest car for over 6 months and love it! No hassle, no pressure, and all cars are priced great. Alonzo goes above and beyond. Such a nice guy. I’d definitely recommend!!

Great customer service! I don’t usually post reviews online but I wanted to leave one here because of how helpful and friendly the staff are here! I had an issue with a car I bought and the owner fixed the issue for me and worked with me on timing, updates, etc. He was also very friendly, understanding, and reliable. I’m really happy with the car I bought there and even happier with the service that was provided! Thank you for everything!

Great service! They made the transaction stress free and comfortable. I traded in my 96 Mustang GT which I owned for 12 years for a 2015 model. I was sad to see the car go but I’m happy with the newer Mustang… Here’s to another 12 years! Thank you Ian and Alex, you guys ROCK!

Great experience with this dealer and very happy with my new car. Most of my transaction was done through the email as I live in the different state, so communication was very important. Spent less than a half an hour at the dealership, just to drop off the check and pick up the keys
