They have a cute welcoming atmosphere, beautiful jewlery and art for sale handcrafted by youth interning there/employees, good coffee AMAZING muffins, and the bike shop is incredibly reasonably priced.

This shop exists for a great cause. I live on assistance and don't have a lot of extra money, but I am coming here every Saturday to have a cup of simple coffee. I also bought a great bike here. God is Good. God rewards the sincerity of your gifts not the size of your gifts.

arguably the best coffee in Portland, and very friendly staff, cool vibe in there, someone was working on some abstract art. Very entertaining and again the coffee is better than anything else I have found in the rose city.

Cozy, warm coffee shop, with an atmosphere of sitting down, and relaxing, drinking what I consider delicious coffee, and teas. Plus, a place it seems to get together with friends to discuss agendas, or just a good conversation. Kind people, also see some art, I am assuming from locals.

They make a good cup of coffee and are doing amazing work. The person who was training was so kind and respectful and the person being trained did great! In this wild world we live in, it was such a wonderful start to my day to see such kindness and have such tasty coffee!

Came in to get my bicycle fixed.Wow. Classic Portland. Not the over done "Portland Weird" cliche, but instead, a cool fusion of small coffee house and bike shop that is trying to make the world a better place in its own little way.Damn, i miss that optimism and willingness to help and educate others.

Kid-friendliness: They serve hot chocolate, and have some family seating.
