If you have the opportunity to come here to shop for your wedding gown and make an appointment with Patti, you should do so! What an insightful and kind woman she is. She took such tender care with our bride to be and helped find the perfect shape and style of gown that looked gorgeous on her. Patti has been working in this industry for a long time and you get the benefit of all of her experience along with the intuition / sensitivity that she naturally has when interacting with people. We all loved the time we spent with Patti!

I wanted to go wedding dress shopping and wasn't sure where to start. I found Bridal Exclusives online. My family and I worked with Patty and she was so helpful! They had really beautiful dresses, the shop was cute (which was a plus for me!), and it was an overall great experience. Patty gave helpful suggestions and I found out that I liked different styles than I initially expected! I didn't purchase a dress that day, but if I am back in the area, I would love to check it back out!

Look no further. This is the place to buy your dress. This was my last stop and before I got here I pretty much had my heart set on a dress from another shop and it was not going to be easy to beat. But Bridal Exclusives blew the first dress out of the water. NO idea how because even they saw my first dress and were wow’d. But I ended up with the most STUNNING dress and I could not be more grateful. From the second you step foot in the door, the entire staff made sure I was welcomed, listened to, encouraged, mentored and truly just cared about. I got to know a few of the girls along the entire process leading up to wedding day and they truly are just the most loving and supportive girls. I couldn’t have even dreamed of a better experience. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to their expertise. You are a priority here and you will undoubtedly find your dream dress. Patty is amazing! First - at our appointment I ended up being 2 1/2 hours late due to a traffic accident - she helped me get into 10 dresses within an hour while still staying calm and fun! Then was very helpful when my dress was running late from the designer. She sent my hairpiece to my address for me and made the first-frustrating experiences lovely. Highly recommend her!
Also - I LOVED my dress - she helped me find an amazing gown with a pink underlay and I felt like a princess the whole wedding! My bridesmaids also all looked amazing in their navy blue dresses :)

I got my wedding dress from Bridal Exclusives a year before my wedding. The staff helped me find the perfect dress, and did so by finding dresses based on my interests and what kind of style I was liking. They also helped me with getting the dress at roughly my budget, by including some discounts for it being discontinued. The person who helped me at the try-on appointment was also very helpful in getting into and out of the dresses, and helping me see what the dress would look like on me. The day I picked it up they let me try it on again and hang out in it for however long I wanted. They were very kind and encouraging. Then I brought my dress in for a bustle and the alteration worker was very nice and helpful.

Here’s the problem…
I ordered my dress in August of 2023, with the wedding being June 2024, so plenty of time. I was told my dress would be here in February. February comes, no dress, but I hear “it should be here by march 6th.”
March 6th comes around, I call, still no dress. They say they’re waiting for the designer to send it to them, but it should be here in another week or so.
I wait a couple weeks, don’t hear anything. We call, and they say “still not here, should be here in a week or so”
Another week goes by… long story short, it’s now April 25th and my dress still isn’t in. The lack of communication from this place is insane.
Okay, my dress isn’t going to be here when you told me, you can’t call me to let me know.
I am absolutely disgusted with this place. They offered to give me only half of a refund. Are you kidding! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Awful customer service, and my dress still isn’t here. Hate this place!

Normally I don't give a review but this occasion deserves it. Yesterday, 3/9/24, I went to this store since it was recommended to look for my wedding dress. When I entered there was a lady in front desk who looked older than all the other girls there helping other future brides and I told her my reason why I was there and she just said yes you go see the dresses and you can try them on, I found it so unpleasant how she served me because she was more interested in the computer than in the client and I saw how others served others well, I felt so sad because I imagined that It was going to be a different treatment because one goes with the illusion of your dress and meeting this woman ruined my day ... And I dare to say that I describe myself perhaps because of my Hispanic physique and since I was dressed in pan and boots I was not all glamorous.

I took my son’s fiancé shopping for their wedding dress and Patty was amazing! She gave the time and attention needed for her to choose her wedding gown. We never felt rushed or pressured and she gave great tips on everything from the easiest way to put the dress on, to different ways it could be altered after their wedding to wear it again. I highly recommend shopping here!

I had the most wonderful experience here! Kailey helped me and was incredible. She worked so hard to get me exactly what I wanted and helped me see what it will look like when it’s done (tried on the dress that wasn’t my size, so it was hard to see) I just picked it up yesterday and I can’t explain how beautiful I feel. I will go back for alterations and my dress preservation. The team was so kind whenever I called to check in, and was so excited for me. I truly trust them so much and I appreciate you making my day so special. Love bridal exclusives!

Alyssa was an absolute gem to work with! From the very beginning of the appointment she made me feel so comfortable and at no point did I feel pressure to buy anything. I went into the appointment knowing in the deep recesses of my soul that I need a black wedding dress, and have very specific, non-negotiable features that I'm looking for. Alyssa was exceptional in helping me identify fabrics and silhouettes that achieve the vision I have, and was so kind in her education on bridal gowns. I had an unforgettable time with my friends and family and this is an experience I will cherish forever. I'm excited to continue the journey of finding the perfect wedding dress and have Bridal Exclusives to thank for making this process better than I could have imagined!

My daughter had booked an appt at another bridal salon, but we (all) just didn't "feel it" there, so we ended up at Bridal Exclusives with Alyssa. She was AMAZING! Not only did she allow all three of us to browse (which was not allowed elsewhere), she also kept up with my daughter so well, noting her discomforts, likes/dislikes-- to the point that she ran to a mannequin we had missed and removed that dress, saving it for last, with a knowing nod to me. She did not rush, but allowed each gown to be tried on, until that last perfect one put a HUGE smile on my girl's face! What a wonderful experience. AND I also just attended a friend's wedding in Hawaii and learned that bridal experience was much the same, where Alyssa had also provided the warm, open acceptance not felt at the other spot. Thank you, Alyssa, for granting the wish for at least two families this winter!
