I went here for a fill because my normal place was booked and I needed something that day. The lady was very young and very non personal. She was very concentrated and head down, got the job done, which I actually liked no small talk at all. When I left, she didn't even say thank you or any words spoken at all, little odd.
However, I was happy with the job or what it was. A simple fill with solid gel color. My thumb had a very a good sized chip in it the very next day. So I went in at lunch to get it repaired. Not a big deal in my opinion. But the lady blamed me for the chip and said, I must have had my hand position wrong while under the light. I told her I'd get my nails done all the time, and i've never had this happen the very next day. I felt like she was blaming me for the chip, instead of just repairing it. Another lady took me back to repair it, didn't say two words to me.
Got the nail repaired and left with no charge.
I am happy with the final look of them. However, I would not return based on the customer service.

Sad to say that this nail salon has gone downhill. I used to come here regularly for pedicures and acrylics a couple of years ago. Went recently and had a different experience. Didn’t get the nail tech I booked with and the pedicure was awful. Uneven polish color, dried uneven gel, and nails were trimmed horribly. It’s too bad, because this place used to be great but now it’s just another nail salon to avoid in Portland.

Mai did such an amazing job on my nails! I hadn’t been to a salon in 2 years and am beginning tests for my wedding in 2 months. Mai suggested something different than I had asked for to keep my natural nails healthier and did such a beautiful job on them. I would highly recommend their business.

I had such a horrible experience here, I will never go back and could never recommend this nail salon to anyone.
I wanted to treat my sister to a nice spa pedi for her Birthday. Two weeks in advance I booked three pedis for a Friday afternoon. We show up a few minutes early and while we are picking out colors, the other woman in the waiting area starts talking with us. She is showing us her nail art, suggesting colors, and says she is trying to get in to fix a broken nail. She is taken back ahead of us, and we are seated exactly at 1:30 (our reserved time slot). Two of our pedis start immediately and it becomes obvious the lady with the nail fix is sitting with who is supposed to be doing our 3rd pedi, which happens to be for the birthday girl. The nail tech checks in about 5 minutes later, apologizes for the wait, and says she’ll be right with us. We are not upset, we have warm water foot baths, massage chairs, and mimosas, and are happy to wait a few minutes. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES LATER she is still working with the nail client. The water has run cold, and the other two nail techs are pretending they don’t understand my complaints of the wait. I finally pitch enough of a fit that the “manager” up front finally comes back. That is when the lies and excuses start. First it’s that they are short staffed. Um nope, you had the appropriate staff and chose not to service the customers with an appointment. Then it was that they accidentally double booked. Again, I know that is a lie. We talked with the nail fix lady and knew she was asking to be fit-in without an appointment. They chose to sit a regular and bump our party, on purpose. Then when the pedi finally started 30 minutes late, it was rushed, half assed, and horribly awkward. What should have been a fun and generous birthday gift ($96 pedi plus tip) was completely ruined. They gave us a super generous discount to $88 for our troubles - what a joke.
Outside of the experience for my sister, my “Grand” Pedi was a total waste of money. I’ve had better $45 pedis and they have the audacity to charge $96 for this service. It is advertised with a citrus and peppermint scrub, but what they don’t tell you is that they use one scrub per leg - how odd is that. They also add the lotion directly on the scrub so you never really get a good scrub or a good massage with the lotion. She the rinsed my legs, patted dry, and did the hot stone “massage”. It was literally hot stones on top of slightly damp skin - no oil, no lotion. It was so uncomfortable and not anything that would resemble an enjoyable massage. The gel polish was also old and was applied so patchy that I will need it redone somewhere else. It looks so bad even my husband noticed.
Lastly, there were disturbing potential health violations. The metal nail clippers and cuticle pusher used during my pedi were taken out of a drawer, used, and placed back in the same drawer. They were not kept in disinfecting solution, nor were they moved into a cleaning solution at the end of the pedicure. Also, there are dogs in the salon, one of which peed on the floor. When we pointed it out, they got up and just put a towel on top of it. The SAME towels used during the pedicures. Absolutely disgusting.

Bridgeport nails is the place to go when you are looking for a nice, clean spa with friendly staff! Mai took such great care of me today for both a pedicure and gel x manicure - highly recommend!

I had a fabulous experience at Bridgeport Nails! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and kind—making sure I felt comfortable and pampered every step of the way.
Anna and Mai took great care with every detail, and the results were flawless. The salon itself is clean, stylish, and serene—perfect for treating yourself or enjoying a little self-care break.

Was a walk in appointment on a Sunday and was taken in right away. Service was great and technicians were friendly and skilled. My daughter and I both got pedicures that we love.
