Awesome customer service, been with this place for multiple years now even though change of ownership and this place has done a phenomenal job maintaining a virtually unchanged and excellent service! This place comes that's what I believe to be the best security of any storage out there I've encountered in the Portland area I highly recommend you go with this place!!

Had a storage unit here between moving house. Very clean building and nice helpful management. Kristaulff especially was insanely kind and helpful and even offered to help drive my dying pet turtle to the vet! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing storage in the pdx area!

Absolutely amazing place!!! Incredibly clean, super secure, and the folks who work here are simply the best. Every single one of them made my day! I should have written more names down, but truly everyone is wonderful! Kristoff especially. I felt super safe keeping my vintage items here for 6 months. And, when I came back, there was literally no dust on my boxes, and I never saw a single bug the entire time! I know that if I ever need a storage unit again, I will be coming back!!! The Ace next door is also so helpful to be right there, and the folks there are kind and knowlegeable as well. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN SO MUCH!

If you need storage in the PDX or surrounding area, look no further. I recommend these guys any time Im asked about my unit. Absolutely fair prices and honest people that are truly kind and understanding. Been renting a unit for almost a year and look forward to more. If you need a storage unit, do yourself a favor and rent from these folks. You wont regret it

Great location, great customer service, it’s always very clean through out the whole storage facility and most importantly I know my stuff is safe here,there’s cameras everywhere and staff that have no problem helping when you need it !

I moved here from Nevada to take a job downtown. I was very impressed with the security, clean facility and friendly staff. The rates were competitive especially for the prime location. I got one of the last units.
