if you need a tow, call don! called about 10 other towing companies, they either didn't answer the phone or quoted me ~$230 to tow my car 0.7 miles. don charged me almost $100 less than other companies quoted. very friendly dude, honest and quick! i've had him tow my car twice now, hopefully won't need to again but if i do i know who i'm calling!

Scheduled to have my wife's truck picked up to be taken to a auto repair shop.when the driver arrived he tryed telling my wife her truck was a forwheel drive (witch it is not) then proceeded to argue with her saying it would be $150 more to tow.I feel he was trying to take advantage of my wife. This place is trash, they stole my motorcycle christmas eve. Since its winter I did not notice for a couple days. Then charged me 50$ for everyday and 175$ for the theft/tow. Horrible people with no heart offered to tow it back for another 175$

Had to tow my stolen Camry (thieves changed ignition) to a repair shop on the New Year's holiday. Brooks answered the phone immediately, and arranged to pick up the car from the parking lot where it was found. [Another tow guy I called said "Brooks is a good guy, he'll take care of you."] Brooks brought a flatbed, but decided it wouldn't be best for the circumstances and went back to retrieve his traditional tow truck. Very transparent regarding timing and what he was doing, fun to deal with, excellent communication, made a lousy situation much nicer. Didn't charge me a dime, just took my insurance information. Happy to give him a $20 cash tip, he truly earned it.

We tried to call several different towing companies and then we tried Brooks Don Brooks answer the call came and picked us up from the side of the expressway and deliver the car to the house at a reasonable price fast service quality equipment price was the price he quoted me over the phone will definitely use Brooks towing for all of our towing needs!

Had my car towed and it came back with my wheels looking like this. The company claimed no responsibility for this. Over $2000 damage and they take no responsibility.

Don and Brooke's towing have absolutely great customer service. Answering quickly and letting me know if issues arise or ETA changes. He was all left to help me out in a time of need, all while being professional and curious. All while being a very kind human being. 4.9 stars for a tow company is veey impressive, let alone with 40 reviews. Id be happy to have my vehicle towed by them, over anyone else anytime.
