Budget Granite came highly recommended by our contractors who have worked with them for over a decade, and they were right! Ian, Wen, and everyone we spoke to at Budget were diligent and very knowledgable. Budget works with many of the slab spots in town; We picked out a mid-range granite from EleMar Oregon and Budget's quote was not only immensely reasonable, but fabrication took less than a week from our templating appointment.
Squeezing our entire kitchen's needs into a single (and very distinctive) slab was not an easy task, and before fabrication Budget called to discuss needing an additional seam line to make it work. I'm so glad we placed trust in the experts to do what they thought would look best, the placement and matching of the seam is practically invisible, and you can tell they took great care in showcasing the best parts of the stone!
The installers were superbly careful, very skilled in cutting out for the sink area on-site to ensure a perfect fit, and took their time and great care even though we were their final evening install on a Saturday.
Cannot recommend Budget Granite enough, we are so very pleased, thank you!

They made me a huge island cabinet with one piece quartz countertop. Norman helped me match my existing kitchen cabinet material and style and quartz, perfect match. Outstanding experience, he customized everything exactly how I wanted and everything was completed on schedule at a great price. I called several contractors who all gave me crazy bids and most couldn't get one piece slab. This is the place to go, 5 star. Thanks guys

Great experience! I am a DIY guy but granite countertops were a little outside of my comfort zone. I had a few odd requests, as I custom built my kitchen cabinets and had an architectural detail to work around. I also had certain type of granite in mind and Ian was able to track down the specific type and finish I had been looking for. These guys nailed it. I couldn't be happier.
I hate to talk about turn around time...because it was ridiculously fast. My job must have fallen right into a sweet spot in the schedule, because there is no way that this was normal. They came out to take dimensions on a Monday and installed my counters that Friday. I am sure the lead times vary, but the focus was finishing the project. No delays or waiting for call backs. At the same time, it never felt rushed.
The install was professional, clean, and a pleasure to have the team in my home. Again, as a DIY guy, I had questions. Technical questions, concerns about dimensions, etc. Everything was answered fully. I left having no concerns about the project. Full recommendations. I would definitely work with everyone there again!

Great customer service. Willing to go extra mile for the client. Mr. Wen Yu answered all my questions and was willing to work with my particular project. They have a ton of different remnant granite and quartz slabs for you to choose from. I'm pretty happy with the service I received.

I couldn’t be happier with the Budget Granite and Cabinets work on my recent kitchen remodel. Kandy and Norman were so helpful - they took the time to understand my style and offered ideas that enhanced the project but still supported my design ideas. Kandy helped with selections that were beautiful and still managed to keep the project on budget.
The installation teams for both cabinets and countertops were helpful, always on time and did excellent work. This remodel was in an older house and the whole team helped work around the quirky things that you find in this kind of project.

I am so impressed with the whole team at Budget Granite. Our quartz counters and backsplash are absolutely stunning (I will update with pictures after the cabinet fronts and lighting go in). The employees are attentive, professional, and low pressure. I loved their selection and guidance. The installation was smooth. The seams in the quartz are nearly invisible and they matched the veining up so well. Their prices are also more reasonable than many other places. So thankful I found this place! We can't wait to do our next project with them!

If I could give Ian and his team at Budget Granite Counter Tops & Cabinets ten stars, no, a hundred stars! I would do it and do it for good reason. Budget did not merely "fabricate" the granite slab we picked out at Bedrosians Tile and Stone. It would be more accurate to say that they sculpted the raw granite into Counter Tops that are not mere utilitarian artifacts but actually works of art. As for the two cabinets: It was important that the paint color of the new cabinets match the color of the cabinets on the other side of the kitchen. They nailed it! And the cabinets they made are as good or better than anything I have ever encountered. They have this feature that was new to us whereby you just give the cabinet drawer a medium push and it closes automatically and completely every time. And the drawers glide so perfectly smoothly. But getting back to the gorgeous Granite counter tops: The professionalism I witnessed when they did the installation was truly amazing. Ian's partner Sonny was on the scene making sure that this all-important phase of the deal was done well and it was indeed done to perfection.
There are, of course, other outfits in the Portland area doing these sorts of things and we visited one of these at a certain point in the process. I will say that this other place was part of a national franchise and had a very impressive showroom interior with very friendly sales people as you would expect. It was obvious to me that this "other place" was carrying considerably more overhead than does Budget and would you care to guess who ends up paying for all that "fanciness"? Yup. You will pay for it and this was reflected in the bid we got from them. We will be having some old friends over for dinner near term and I dare say that when they see our amazing new granite counter tops they will not be saying, "but, did this Budget outfit have a glitzy showroom?" Nope. What they will likely be thinking, but not saying, is that our granite counter tops and cabinets are better than what they have in their very upmarket domicile situated on the west slope of the Tualatin Mountains (aka Portland's "West Hills") with its upper back deck view of Beaverton and Tigard etc.
To sum it up simply, Budget Granite Counter Tops and Cabinets is what is known as a VALUE PROVIDER. If you want the utmost in quality provided by people whose word is their bond then look no further. Seriously folks, save yourselves both time and money.

I had another fantastic experience with Ian, Wen, Sandy and the team at Budget Granite. They provided me with a complete set of kitchen cabinets, handles and countertops, and assisted with design. They were incredibly efficient, easy to communicate with, and above all else on time and on budget! The folks installing the cabinets and countertops were friendly, delightful, respectful of our home and easily accommodated custom revisions where needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you want a kitchen or bathroom facelift.

Super helpful people in my quest for a well-made 48-in bathroom vanity with a granite top. The lady helped me go through the various granite slabs till we found one that I liked, then did the same with the cabinet. Tons of choices regarding finishes and hardware, it will be more expensive than getting something from Lowe's or home Depot. I imagine, but far less than the custom build cabinet I was looking at. Certainly worth checking out, if you want something that will stand the test of time.

We loved working with the team at budget granite! We worked together on a kitchen remodel for counter & backsplash and did a bathroom vanity top out of the remnant slab from the kitchen. Kandy & Ian were so helpful and kind, helping us pick the right slab for the job. Install team was punctual, professional, super clean and also very nice. Slab & install was well priced and they did a great job. Will work with them again.

From the moment I called the store to inquire about some countertop options, Kandy had been such a delight. She was able to not only offer me information about the different types of countertops, but gave me some resources to check out if I wanted to get a better idea of some alternative styles. Since I had no experience with countertops at all, this was a very important starting place.Kandy was both professional and personable during each and EVERY interaction I had with her. She made the idea of getting new countertops an easy, painless and most importantly comfortable experience for me.I find it rare in a busy world to find customer service as great as hers was for me.Norman who came out to template was a lovely and kind soul. His template was done both quickly and to perfection.The install crew was on time, respectful and timely.The countertops turned out AMAZING! Thank you so very much for having a competent and caring crew!
