Just came in to pick up an order we made on our app and for zero reason the kid working the window was rude and apparently had no idea what was going on. I was excited to come in because I had a great experience as being a doordasher when I came to pick up food for a customer. Jesus helped me and was very helpful. I guess tonight when I called he wasn’t around even though I saw him through the drive thru window 10 minutes earlier when I was picking up my order. Will never come here again. Good luck.

Nothing says fast food anymore quite like your order being incorrect, all of the unoccupied tables in need of a seriously deep cleaning, and the remaining tables having houseless drug addicts nodding out. How do I know they're houseless drug addicts? The bags of items they're carrying, and the blackened balls of foil they sit on the table.The management and other people working just looked at them then went back to talking. Ignore the problem... Perfect.

Went here to redeem my crown points for food and the lady at the window told me i cant use my crown points that the code isnt working when it very clearly gives you a code for everything in the app and as i come to bk quite ofter i had plenty of points to get what i was wanting and was told im holding up her

Wow, I was waiting to order for an extended time in the drive thru and when I got to the window, to my surprise, my order was "on the. house " ! What a nice thing to do, way to go crew! And the order was correct, freshly made, with nice hot fries! 4 paws up from me and Hazel Woo. I have been there over and over again and always have had a good experience with friendly employees who care about customers and quality all around! Thank you for reading through this, I highly recommend this particular restaurant.

I ordered online amd they didn't even acknowledge me for 20 mins after I walked in. What's the point of ordering online if they are jsut going to ignore the customers?Terrible staff. They need retrained for sure. I will never be back. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a fast food place in a long time.

Waited in drive thru for 23 minutes. They forgot my hamburger and my fries were hard and cold. The inside wasn't open and drive thru was a mess and of course they didn't pick up their phone do my daughter never got her food I paid for. Ridiculous. My Dad was a GM for Burger King for 25 years and this is unacceptable.
