So many employees so little work being done. 10 people in line one guy checking people out. Bless the one guy actually working. The other employees standing all in the front, not one opened the help that gentleman check people out. What is going on Burlington. Also fitting rooms closed cuz they need to be cleaned, does nobody want to clean them, half the employees are standing around chatting.
Edit: One other lady finally opened after another customer in line was asking for help.

Great selection of clothes but unfortunately no dress rooms or bathrooms at the location. Management has changed.

What was once a great store (friendly helpful employees) has gone down in the past few years. Good they upped their security, the attitude isn't worth it.
I called the store to ask whats going on, the lady on the phone kept repeating 'restrooms are closed to all customers', when I was asking why the security guard said the store is closed unless we're doing a return. I hung up.

Mekinsie was so professional and kind. Security checks you in as you go into the store. They need some serious carpet cleaning. If you are looking for a deal this is the place. Ours in Layton,UT is really nice. This one needs some help

New store policy will no longer have me shopping. Tried to enter and once inside the two people visable were conversing, holding me in a corral, when i asked to enter they said it would be a bit. Nobody was coming in or out. Im closterfobic and don’t like being held against my will. They just sat there and made small talk, 3 minutes passed I left. They may have problems with theft, however acusting everyone as a theif before they get into the store is unreasonable. I lived in north portland my whole life, this isn’t the USA i grew up in.
