Colin is the utmost professional from start to finish. He was easy to collaborate with when designing our new bathroom and remained communicative, organized, and thoughtful throughout our renovation. He proved to be adaptable when solving problems that arose and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. The bathroom he renovated has gone from an eye sore to an absolute gem that we’re proud of. I would highly recommend Colin’s service to anyone who appreciates high quality work and attention to detail.

We hired Colin and his team to fully renovate two bathrooms on the upper level of our home, which also involved repairing water damage to a second unit on the lower level. Initially, we decided to hire Colin because of how insightful and thoughtful he was about different ways to approach the project. Throughout the project, working with him truly felt like a collaboration. He respected our vision, but also brought new ideas to the table when we needed direction. He communicated with us frequently about the project, milestones, and any potential issues. The work zones were cleaned up tidily at the end of each day. And perhaps most important - his craftsmanship was impeccable. We couldn't be happier with the renovation and the process. My experience was amazing. Colin was on time and communicated every step of the way. I could trust him while I was out of the state to take care of my home and perform any work that needed to be done while I was away. . Any issue that came up was taken care of right away. I would recommend him to anyone that I know and I already have! I’m so happy with how my home looks now! On top of doing the complete remodel of my bathroom, he helped me upgrade my kitchen by getting countertops installed, adding backsplash, and installing a microwave above my oven. We had a great experience. Colin and his team helped us select materials that looked good together and were in stock in order to avoid delays. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. He was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. He also had some great ideas about what would be best to open up what was a pretty narrow space and how to make it most functional not only for ourselves, but also for our two young children (who are sometimes hard on things).While on the job, they went above and beyond what would have been expected in terms of keeping the job site clean and vacuuming before leaving. Everything was well planned out with the coordination of the drywall, electric, plumbing, cabinetry, and counter install to keep everything flowing with minimal interruption to the job or to our lives. We are grateful for this attention to detail.The bathrooms turned out beautifully. We love the new shower and the bathtub has been great for the kids. Having a waterproof floor and sliding doors to keep the water out takes a lot of stress out of bath time. By installing a more narrow countertop, we have much more space for brushing teeth. Most importantly, everything is high quality and built to last. We've had many compliments since the completion of the bathrooms and requests for Colin's contact information, as everything looks even better in person than in the pictures. We are happy we ended up handing over our bathroom remodel to the right person! I needed to replace a 20-year old cast-iron sink in a tile countertop. Current-day stainless steel sinks require a larger opening, which meant some serious in-place tile cutting. I toyed with the idea of doing it myself but quickly realized I didn't have the equipment or expertise to do this without making a huge mess of silicate dust in the house. Several tile companies said they couldn't do this type of work, and I was worried I wouldn't find anyone to do this, until I found C Cook LLC.Colin happened to be available with 1 day's notice, which was a real life saver for us, being without a working kitchen sink. He arrived the next day, right on time, and did an outstanding job. He made sure the new sink would fit, and created notches in the inside front wood frame to accommodate the sink's mounting clips. The dust mitigation he used (plastic tent, HEPA vacuum) worked very well and left almost no dust.Colin and his crew were pleasant, personable and very professional. Highly recommended.
