I love this pharmacy. They take my insurance, they even work with manufacturer copay discount cards without any complaint and they deliver the meds to my home via courier in the evening. The ability to communicate with them through text and an app just makes things SO much easier. You have to be home when the courier arrives in the evening, but they let you know and keep you in the loop on the courier's status and location. Courier Nate is especially professional. (While tipping the courier is optional, please do it... c'mon they are literally saving you a trip to a retail pharmacy and handing you your meds!)

Capsule is going downhill fast. At first they had great delivery service. However, the last 3 times they have been over an hour late, arriving after 10:00pm at night. The medicine is delivered to a care facility for my elderly mother. Tonight was the breaking point. Capsule texts me at 10:30pm (1.5 hours late) after the last delivery window, stating nobody is answering the door. NO KIDDING!! The care facility and the patients are all sleeping!!!!! That was Friday night. Now my mother is without medication until Monday. This is unacceptable!! 10:30 PM??? Really???

The last 3 deliveries they have been over an hour late. Tonight they were 1.5 hours late arriving at 10:30pm. And by the time they finally arrived, everyone was asleep. Now we have to wait until Monday for the medicine. Time to find a new pharmacy. I'd rather pick it up myself. At least I know I will actually arrive on time.

I've used capsule since they were only in Minneapolis and I'm sad to say I just can't continue with this pharmacy anymore. First, they regularly just don't have medication available and will take days to even a week to fill medication which is often unacceptable. Second, they now only deliver between 6 and 9pm. That delivery window is absurd. I don't want to deal with a pharmacy delivery at 9 o'clock at night.

I have been using Capsule for several years now and I can confidently say Capsule is a godsend. It provides ease around one of the more frustrating aspects of healthcare: prescriptions. No need to travel out of your way and wait in line for sometimes hours. Your prescriptions are delivered to your door within 12-24 hours for free! The app is intuitive, straightforward, and reliable. The customer service is truly unparalleled. Not only can you coordinate your own prescriptions you are able to combine multiple people’s prescriptions as well as pet prescriptions. You can now also add on basic health products you would find in the grocery store like OTC cold medicine or pregnancy tests. I strongly recommend Capsule for anyone in their delivery radius (which is generous)!

I would like to preface and say I Love This Pharmacy. I unfortunately am rating lower because my insurance recently changed to Providence and I was informed they are not a participating pharmacy. Was a bit surprised since they claim to accept all major insurance.

Amazing customer service! The person running this location offered me a ton of help with my prescriptions, finding the best prices, and also helped with verifying my data which didn't work for me at first. Highly recommend 👍

Capsule Is AMAZING, AWESOME. it is so easy. You get your can transfer all your prescription over so easily, the are very friendly, also there if you have questions. Would not change it at all. Love to my capsule pharmacist.

Have you ever encountered a pharmacy that made you want to shout its praises from the rooftops? Neither have I - until I tried Capsule. No long lines, no wait, no confusing phone tree. Instead, I got courteous, prompt, and caring service. So far I've filled two prescriptions here, having one delivered and picking up the other. The physical location is very close to my workplace, so it's very easy for me to pop over and pick up a prescription, but delivery was also very quick and easy. The courier was communicative and prompt. There were some issues with the second prescription, and the pharmacist and pharmacy staff were very responsive and committed to helping resolve the problem and making sure I got my medication on time. Capsule has an app and even offers texting so you can keep in touch with the pharmacists in real time - and they will actually text you! And your medication comes in a cute little brown paper bag for an extra personalized touch. I had an excellent experience both times and now I actually look forward to filling a prescription instead of dreading a pharmacy visit. Capsule all the way.

Really excellent, friendly, reachable staff!! I’ve been using their services for almost 6 months and everything has gone almost 100% smoothly! (Except for one thing that was my fault haha) I appreciate each and every person that has helped me, leaving a review is the least I can do. :) <3

Hands down, the best pharmacy I've ever personally used or worked with as a healthcare provider! They make my life easier. I can use their app to communicate or check the status of my prescriptions, and schedule the delivery. I also receive reminders for any medications which are ready to refill. The deliveries are always on schedule and neatly packed in a cute little brown bag and sealed with a Capsule sticker. Highly recommend!

Wildly overcharges, does not accept GoodRx coupons or price match, fumbles basic pharmacy tasks like filling and transferring prescriptions, and delivery windows are 4hrs long in Portland.
