From the moment I called, Brad was very helpful and easy to work with. He walked me through the insurance claim and explained the process from start to finish. It took a few days for the insurance to process, but once they had my vehicle, the turnaround was quick—about 4 hours.
Professional, flexible, and they even have a really sweet dog greeting customers. Highly recommend for window replacement!”

“I inadvertently hit a massive pothole in Milwaukee, OR destroying my R front tire and severely bending the rim of my BMW 850. AAA towed me to Liberty Tire & Glass which fortunately was very close by. Being from out of town I was not familiar with this shop nor used them before. They found a replacement tire at a warehouse on the Portland waterfront and had it expedited to the shop for me in a couple of hours. While they were not equipped to straighten the rim, they did determine that while damaged it would hold air and installed the replacement tire for me so that I could drive the car back to my home in Bend, OR that same day. The responsiveness to my predicament by these people was nothing short of amazing, and they had me on my way in a matter of a few hours. They even loaned me a car to run an errand and get lunch while my car was being repaired! This sort of customer service is almost unheard of, and in particular for someone who was not a former customer and they of course had never met before. I can't recommend this business more highly after my experience with them - just wonderful people.”

“We've used Gateway Body two times now and have had fantastic results both times. This time was replacing the bumper on our Mazda CX-5 and cleaning up some peeling trim. We originally thought the matte finish on some of our chrome could be replaced, but Ken called me back and advised me it was an after market paint. So instead of repainting it we opted to have the peeling paint removed, and what's left looks great! They also removed some pitch that had dripped down the side of the car, and that was a very nice surprise. They also got me in quickly and were finished in a week. Not that I want to need them in the future, but when/if I do they'll be the ones I call.”

“We tried to get two other glass companies to fix a rock chip on our Sprintervan. First one just didn’t show, and second one said that the chip didn’t need any repair because it had already been filled. When I called to cancel appointment with Auto Glass Services NW, Nick told me that that didn’t sound right, and that even if it had been previously repaired, it could and should be re-done. Turns out the technician had been totally wrong—it had NOT been filled previously, so Nick expertly filled it. He also found two other chips we hadn’t noticed (one in front of front camera on windshield) and filled them for a minimal addition. He was pleasant and VERY knowledgeable. Highly recommend this outfit (and I’m very picky) if you want to make sure your auto glass is fixed properly.”
“This is a great body shop. They do very high quality work for an excellent price. Our car was a complete wreck. It needed a new bumper, fender, and the door and rear quarter panel needed multiple dents repaired. Tom’s did a fantastic job, it looks like new. John was a great communicator, they did the work quickly, and completed the job when they said they would.”
