“I inadvertently hit a massive pothole in Milwaukee, OR destroying my R front tire and severely bending the rim of my BMW 850. AAA towed me to Liberty Tire & Glass which fortunately was very close by. Being from out of town I was not familiar with this shop nor used them before. They found a replacement tire at a warehouse on the Portland waterfront and had it expedited to the shop for me in a couple of hours. While they were not equipped to straighten the rim, they did determine that while damaged it would hold air and installed the replacement tire for me so that I could drive the car back to my home in Bend, OR that same day. The responsiveness to my predicament by these people was nothing short of amazing, and they had me on my way in a matter of a few hours. They even loaned me a car to run an errand and get lunch while my car was being repaired! This sort of customer service is almost unheard of, and in particular for someone who was not a former customer and they of course had never met before. I can't recommend this business more highly after my experience with them - just wonderful people.”

“Little bit of an update ... After about a year and 5-7k the same issues persist and I agree with the other guy .. here communication has taken a nose dive
My goal was to ensure the vehicle i had was mechanically sound and suitable for potentially having some fun with .. over the course of the year there's a hesitation that only I apparently notice a misfire only I can feel and an oil leak only I can see and as far as really doing anything outside the box these guys are unfortunately very close minded ....and I get all of this I do I've had to run construction crews in some of the most violent parts of the city without response from law enforcement I've had to reassure my guys that we don't need guns at work and that they are overwhelmed and don't need us adding to it
I feel some things could change like communication and I feel the potential is there to be the shop I know they are
This isn't a screw these guys I'm pissed review it's not the work is trash or anything like that it's I think it's an organization and communication issues.... And it's the holidays as well ... Unfortunately I'll be reaching out to a few other shops to go through my vehicle just to cross the t and dot the i ... I don't feel scammed Im not upset ....just want to have 100% reassurance that the vehicle is 100% before I start making financial commitments again
Would like the results of the oil analysis sent to me when u get around to it ..thank you

“We tried to get two other glass companies to fix a rock chip on our Sprintervan. First one just didn’t show, and second one said that the chip didn’t need any repair because it had already been filled. When I called to cancel appointment with Auto Glass Services NW, Nick told me that that didn’t sound right, and that even if it had been previously repaired, it could and should be re-done. Turns out the technician had been totally wrong—it had NOT been filled previously, so Nick expertly filled it. He also found two other chips we hadn’t noticed (one in front of front camera on windshield) and filled them for a minimal addition. He was pleasant and VERY knowledgeable. Highly recommend this outfit (and I’m very picky) if you want to make sure your auto glass is fixed properly.”
