Very eclectic and perfect for PDX visitors. Many stairs and difficult to navigate floor plan for wheelchair access. Low/no air conditioning, avoid on hot days.

Pretty cool stuff, love getting little gifts here. Great space. Unfortunately giving two stars due to the seemingly always rude staff. I usually buy a few cards here every month or so and I know there’s a lot of employees but every experience I’ve had makes me wish there was a self checkout so I wouldn’t have to interact with the people at the counter. They always seem annoyed and make passive aggressive remarks. Seems like a pretty chill job, don’t understand the consistent frustration.

This is about the records, the rest of the space is fantastic!
You can find records upstairs at pretty much Discogs prices, right at median.
Downstairs on the other hand, be prepared to dig. $6 records aren't cheap. It feels like a dollar bin situation that's aligned somehow with inflation.
I have dug there on multiple occasions and only come up with a couple small-time scores.
Seems like they're among the shops that don't want to really move records anymore.
Where has the digging gone?

A little something for everyone.Craft supplies, cards, clothes, jewelry, antique furniture, fabrics, art! The list goes on. A wonderfully curated collection of random artsy things, some of which are affordable, and some that are high end items. Even if you're not interested in buying anything it's a wonderful place to get inspired.

This is a great place to shop for so many things. It is a hodge-podge of artisan goods, imports, vintage pieces and much more. It's the kind of place where you should go browse with no preconceptions and just go with your impulses! The prices are good and the interesting asian items in the lower level are fun to look through. Not all are authentic antiques though so pay attention to the feel of the patina-chunky means newly made-velvety means genuine vintage! We went home with some beautiful 'corny' napkins, a variety of Japanese paper products, a beautiful peace dove incense holder, some rainbow pencils and more. I still regret not buying the marigold garlands for Day of the Dead! We will visit again especially for the fun ride in the entry way!

There is a huge variety of colorful things here. Something for everyone. The price is really varied. It's a fun collection to look through. The staff was pretty attentive in some of the sections. Just a warning--The basement has a very large memorial that is reminiscent of day of the dead. It was a hard thing to walk into after holiday shopping upstairs. I felt an overwhelming sense of grief for a recent loss I'd experienced and was not emotionally prepared for it. TLDR: the basement has a a large, quiet, and sad memorial in it
