Carson Oil provides great, timely service. The gentleman who delivered the oil, Kevin, was polite and very helpful in explaining the amount needed in my tank. This the first time I had sole responsibility for filling the tank and thanks to Carson it went vey smoothly.

Kevin to the rescue! Kevin was able to adjust his delivery route to immediately meet the Fire Marshall for a final inspection on our facility's new generator. If Kevin had not done this, we would have had to reschedule the inspection. Big THANKS to Kevin and the entire Carson staffers for their professional service.

We set up a new resident account with Carson recently, and just had our first oil delivery. Kevin was very polite and fun to chat with while the tank filled up, and the whole process was quick and professional.

I don't know anything about this industry or this company, but I know that Kevin is always extra helpful, the guy that's been delivering my oil for years. He has always gone above and beyond and he even called me when I forgot to leave my payment making sure everything was handled.

Please avoid this company and save your self a huge headache. We run a small business and we grandfathered a service that was with Carson for decades. They double charged us for the same burner fine-tune job and the customer service was horrible. We terminated our contract with them and started getting service and oil from 'First Call Oil' which has much better prices and better customer service.

We scheduled home delivery early am so we could turn our furnace off and let the new oil settle to avoid previous problems with carbon blowing out our chimney. Carbon particles have previously made a real clean up mess for us. We are a top rated 37 year long customer of Carson. Service and oil delivery have been great. But this time the driver never showed or else refused to deliver because he supposedly could not find our obvious filler pipe. He texted 20 minutes before and said he was coming but it was after 1:00 pm and we had been waiting since 7:00 am that day. We care for our very young grandkids and need the heat on then. I don't think he ever showed up or else did not get out of the truck as our oil filler pipe is obvious and easily accessible. First time in 37 years and he is the only one who screwed up. His name is Jeff so stay away from him. The regular delivery driver, Ken I think is his name, came the next day and he was great. He took a picture of how easy it is finding the filler and how easy it is to pull the hose to it. Thanks for him. Carson is not well served by having Jeff as a driver. We don't want him again as he is not reliable. Otherwise, Carson is great and that is why we continue with their service. Greg Miner

Dealing with this company was a disaster when it came to serious oil Furnace repair needs. My furnace ran out of oil and needed to be restarted. After I ran out, I put plenty of fuel in the tank (At least 10 inches of oil). The guy from Carson who came out to start my furnace, said it was sucking up air every couple of minutes and that I was probably out of oil. So I put more oil in the tank and called them out again to get it working correctly again. The second repairman who came out said I was out of oil. Both times I was billed for nearly $200, but the problem still had not been resolved. They came out of third time to try and resolve the problem because my furnace had to be bled of air every time I wanted to use it. I was bleeding Air from the fuel lines every few hours whenever I wanted the furnace to start and give heat to the house. There was all kinds of air being sucked into the fuel lines for whatever unknown reason. The repairman struggled for about an hour and a half to figure out what was going on. At one point he got it to work for a few minutes, then it stopped again.He proceeded to disassemble the furnace further to perform additional diagnosis, but could not figure out what was going on. By this time I started to cringe at being billed $200 an hour. I finally told the person to stop and to just put my furnace together and leave. The next day I found another furnace repairman who had it running in about an hour and a half. The furnace has been working ever since. I will never use Carson oil for oil furnace repairs again!!!

Carson Fuel team was great to work to with. Every one from Kevin, fuel tank driver to Brandon, Fuel Maintenance, to guys in lubrication department were all very helpful. I look forward to working with them again.
