They demonstrate a stellar work ethic, operating with great communication and tracking for scheduling. Teams are efficient, slow, and methodical when needed to prevent any damage to items or property. Deliveries are completed with care, often arriving on time, in the early part of the window, or even earlier than scheduled. They move heavy, large items efficiently, place items just where customers want them, remove all packaging, and take away debris. Customers report zero damage and are very happy, pleased, and cannot say enough glowing words about the experience.
One of the 3 men brought in most of my cabinets on a hand truck. He was very careful and polite, asking for my preferences as to where to leave the items. I was very impressed with his attitude. I was frustrated with the whole delivery time table but CBC was only responsible for a week of my wait.

It took 20 days to receive my order, which felt quite long. However, I want to highlight that the delivery team was excellent. They were professional, respectful of my property, and handled the delivery to the second floor with great care.
