We’ve been going to Cedar Mill Vet Hospital for years. All of the vets are very knowledgeable and caring, and we trust them to treat our animals as if they were their own. Dr. Bailey just saw our cat for an eye problem. He is so kind and gentle, and he really considers everything carefully in coming up with a treatment plan. We heartily recommend him and Cedar Mill VH to our friends, and their feedback to us is always positive.

Dr.Bukowski is the best, along with all of the staff at this office! We brought our reactive dog here after trouble with our last vet who insisted on sedating him to sleep for every visit and did not let us in the exam room. All of the staff were so helpful, patient, and kind in making sure our pet was comfortable enough to get through the lobby without interacting with other dogs. There's even a cat designated entrance and dog designated entrance at this building! The staff here is very competent and educated on dog behavior!! Dr.Bukowski and her assistant were so gentle with our nervous dog and took the time to get to know him and understand his triggers and issues, and provided lots of care. We did not have to sedate our pet at all! Dr. Bukowski also did not want to overcharge us, or pressure us into anything our dog wasn't ready for like neutering! Originally posted on Yelp, but had to post here too because we are SO happy with our visit and our dogs health. I want to give a shout out to Cedarmill veterinarian and the staff and Dr. Anna Rebledo for our care yesterday. We had made an appointment to have our cat euthanized after a wonderful 18 years with us we have had other animals euthanized at other facilities, and by far this was the best experience. Dr. Realito was kind compassionate, explained everything and made the experience as peaceful as possible. Our cat was calm never experienced any anxiety and the whole process was done beautifully. Thank you so much. I will continue to use this veterinarian clinic for all my other pet needs.

***updated review***: As it appears you can't post a second review, I just wanted to update future potential clients that I in fact called the clinic as requested below, and they never returned my call. Clearly this is just a ploy to make it seem like they are responsive to complaints, but there was no follow up. I will be filing a complaint with the NW BBB due to this unprofessional behavior.I would strongly advise against anyone from considering Cedar Mill Veterinary Hospital for their animals. They unfortunately used to be a quality veterinary hospital but recently have gone downhill. We have two dogs and had been longtime clients, but there have just been too many mistakes to continue. The last vet we had misdiagnosed a benign skin lesion as being a mast cell tumor and we had it removed, putting our dog through an necessary surgery. Our other dog was diagnosed with cancer, and at the end of life the vets at Cedar Mill told us there was no evidence of recurrence (we subsequently went down the street to Banfield, who quickly felt the tumor in our dogs abdomen and was able to help with pain control and end of life care before he died). We complained to the staff about these mistakes and never wanted to return. However after our younger dog injured herself and with Banfield being full, we called for an appointment. We were informed that we were not able to be seen since they had " lost our trust" from prior. Pretty unimaginable that a vet clinic would do this.I would suggest investing your time and money elsewhere. The Cedar Mill clinic is just not what it used to be.

We’ve only been once but it was a really good experience. They were kind, thorough, attentive, and didn’t try to sell us 8000 things. They really seem like they care.

Got established with them for my cat and dog. Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone is so kind and eager to help. No one is condescending about your choices about how to care for your pets and they help you make informed decisions.Great transparent pricing as well. They are more than happy to give me my pets’ prescriptions to fill at my personal pharmacy.

I have a curmudgeon of a cat. They are always so accommodating and go above and beyond when Rascal has to have a check up. It’s no easy task! ? I can tell they really care about the pet owners as well as the pets.

Great first impression! I took Xena there for the first time yesterday and was impressed with the staff and entire operation. My girl is always anxious at the vet’s, but she clearly knew she was in good hands!

Very friendly people, the vet tech and the vet herself were patient with my friend's dog because he is quite shy and didn't want the vet tech nor the vet to touch him. There are plenty of things to read as you sit in the office. They give great treats to the dogs to get to know them. All in all, the people and the environment was very well welcoming. I was very grateful that they understood that he has a lot of anxiety because he is not really socialized and we're so very kind and patient with him.

New to this business. What a refreshing change from last vet. Staff, techs and Dr were wonderful. Took time, engaged about history and care of each dog and discussed plans of action.

I have been going to Cedar Mill vet since 1985- many dogs. I would not trust anyone else with my little dog. The staff is amazing.

Cedar Mill Vet Clinic has been my vet of choice for 20 years now. They always take care of pets in the best possible way with friendly staff and kindness. Dr Bailey was patient with my skittish dog. They are professional and give their honest opinion as if it was their pet.

Friendly staff, attentive vet howver she seems a bit awkward with my dog--but it was his first visit. Also The appointment felt a tiny bit rushed but overall things went well and making an appointment and having follow-up questions was easy and handled well.
