Extremely aggressive! I received two calls from different numbers within 2 minutes of reserving a unit so that I could pay with my credit card. Unfortunately, this was the wrong storage facility, but still thinking it was correct, I went ahead and rented because the man on the phone said it was the last one at the location. I was very hesitant to give him my information, but after some checking realized it was legit, just extremely aggressive. We discovered it was the wrong facility when we got there with the moving truck. The truck did not fit inside of there loading area, and the autodoor was broken. It cost me an extra $800 because they had to have one guy stay with the truck at all times due to the large number of homeless in the area. Then the other two would wait for the elevator, go up unload, wait again, come down and repeat. What should have taken 1-1 1/2 hours took 3 1/2 to 4 hours. The gal at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, especially during a stressful time.

Today I spoke with Liz, who was able to help me out with renting a smaller space on the same floor as my current unit. She was very helpful, friendly and professional. Overall my experiences with this facility have been excellent, which I can't say for all storage facilities! UPDATE: Stephanie helped me out with a third smaller unit this morning and was so patient and helpful through the entire process! Excellent customer service and so friendly. I truly appreciate the top-notch service at this facility and wanted to be sure to give her a shout-out! :)

Rochelle was attentive and charming, and the pricing is very competitive. The facility and units are well-maintained and easily accessible, which made the overall process smooth and convenient.
Unfortunately, the HVAC system was not functioning during my visit. Even though the outside temperature had dropped significantly, the 5th floor remained stifling. If not for that, this would have been a 5-star experience. As it stands, I can only give 3 stars.

We just got a unit, but Sabrina was soo nice and extremely helpful. She even dealt with mine and my parents shenanigans and was still supportive. Sabrina was great.

Great introductory rates and very easy to secure a unit. The premises are clean and well-lit. As a first-time user, I found their on-site staff (Sabrina) to be extremely helpful—she answered all my questions.

Rent went from 73 dollars to 171 dollars including insurance in just about a year! More than doub le? What a racket! I am looking for another place to store my things. I thought this place was great until the second rent hike. But the staff is good.

Continual rent increases!! My rent has doubled in less than a year.
If you need storage and are willing to suffer through the bait and switch of continuous rent increases, the facility itself is alright. It offers decent security.
It has a single elevator which moves slow so when it’s busy, plan on waiting a long time
