Spent 30 years in airfreight and package pick up/delivery. I don't believe I've ever dealt with a more incompetent company. Absolutely customer last is their mindset. You'd be wise to look at other options.

Don’t bother with one of their delivery appointments because they can’t keep them. Cost me half a days of work and they ruined the weekend plans based on their promise to deliver on their contracted time. Find a different shipper.
