Was with TD Ameritrade and am now being moved to CS. Very disappointed to learn that CS does NOT have one of the features that we loved at TDAT; the Courtesy Fill Notification. This was a nice email that was sent to let us know the results of our fill. Now we have to log in to get this information. CS, please make this a thing.

I have sent a completed roll-over form to them four times over the last three years. The first three times they ignored the forms. This time, they emailed me and told me I had to call them. I just got off of a 40 minute phone call (most of which I was on hold for) they are saying I need to 1. use their form and 2. call a broker and do some trades on that account, they did not explain why. WTH? Give me my money!!!! This shouldn't be this difficult.

Called the branch the auto system hangs up on you. When you want to talk to a human, you best know the first and last name.

I have used Charles Schwab for many years and have six different accounts. Their online and phone services are always excellent.

Spoke with multiple people at this branch in useless effort to schedule an *account checkup* as advised by rep on main tollfree line.Once upon a time you could make a simple call to any branch or to the main line, and have a simple conversation with any advisor as to making simple changes to your account holdings and it made no difference to Schwab how grand or small the value of your account. Schwab was smaller then and every customer mattered. My oh my how things have changed. Now they give small account holders the side eye and tell you to "access the self help tools on the website" which are meaningless to anyone lacking expertise in the investing world. If you want any actual service you better dangle big money or you will find your call a waste of their precious time

Came to Schwab a little over a year ago for all my banking and investing. Had a few hiccups here and there but their online, phone, and branch staff are all A+. I can't see myself ever moving to a different institution for banking and investing.

Stand out as a branch with incompetent and rude service. Look for a different branch to do your business at, most other branches are way better.

I drove all the way downtown to deposit for yearly IRA only to find the office locked up. Then, someone comes from the back, clearly sees me outside lookin in and won't come to the door to answer my question of when will you be open. Google has you as being open. Why no clear communication from your employees. Get your ship together.

Schwab personnel in reception were helpful. They did, however, give me the wrong paperwork and put the wrong date on a notarized document. At the company level, it took months to get Schwab to recognize my status as an estate trustee. To say I'm dissatisfied with Schwab understates the situation by an order of magnitude. Fortunately, we will be parting company in the near future.

Pretty bad compared to others I have used. Buggy software and support somewhere in India or Bangladesh ... (accent easy to tell and perfect English are tails). Problem solution is always "reboot your machine" ... yeah I know ... again. Execution ok but slow and options limited. So I decided to switch to Fidelity and got stuck with a $50 transfer charge... FIRST I ever paid for a transfer AND the last ... glad I left!
