Went to this bank 5 times asking for manager to call me. Everytime they give me an excuse his out of town, or meeting. The person in chargeTalks condescending towards me, but say when he gets back he would call that was about 6 months ago, to this day I haven't received a call.Not very friendly are customer focused

Why the fuck does chase need to be closed 12/31-1/1-1/2 This is all because of new years ? It just doesn't make sense to me. You don't need a three day break for this single minor holiday Open your doors and get to work, I have bills to pay and I'm sure others do to.

I much prefer giving good reviews, BUT...You cannot contact them. There is no direct phone number to a branch. And as far as having your message returned, dream on! So glad I am only dealing with them to get some payout paperwork signed and will never again have to do business with them. Support your local Credit Union!

Great branch. They really care about the customer. They get some negative comments for being a "big bank" but I don't think they deserve them - their fees are lower than other banks and service is good.

I wanted to open a account so I come in to this location and Right away I was thinking awesome this bank isn't very busy there was only one customer with a teller and what looked like a married couple with a banker.And then there's a few employees that looked like they had nothing to do so I thought great, I'll be able to open a account, But NOPE the teller that was available proceeded to tell me the soonest appointment they would have available to his knowledge wouldn't be until the 21st or right around there. So these employee's that are standing around doing nothing at the moment can't open a new accountI went to Wells Fargo they were happy to open a new account

Well I tried to get direct deposit sent to there bank, they submitted paperwork to the government for me? Which was a mistake. It has been 9 weeks, still waiting, I then find out, it would have been quicker, if I did it myself, but was never told that, until after the fact. Nice people that work there, but that does not pay the bills. So now I have to deal with bill collectors, when this matter should have been settled already, thanks alot!!!

I had deposited a check over the weekend and as of today (Thursday) it still hadn't cleared and looked like there was a hold put on it. I called and spoke with Josh who was very friendly and helpful. He took my name and number and said he'd connect me with his manager to schedule a time to come in and have the hold cleared. Well, his manager, Dallas went above and beyond. He took a look at my account and did his magic and called me back in less than an hour letting me know the hold was cleared and my money had been deposited. Now, that's customer service! So kind, friendly, understanding, proactive, and diligent. Love this bank!
