If you go inside here and ask em why you couldn't use the ATM over the weekend they'll tell you it's only available between 8 and 8. Why they can't put a sign on the door that says this is beyond me. You'd think they could afford it. And while we're at it you think they could afford to pay someone to clean up all the trash in the parking lot and the surrounding area. Looks like sh1t. Thanks for very little.

I always have a great experience at this Chase branch. I was just helped by Bobbi, who is so helpful, friendly, and efficient. She helped me with several transactions and I was in and out with what I needed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Bobbi!

Terrible costumer service and they hire fake security guards that just stand in your way at the entrance. At least hire someone of has been trained and has an official uniform. What a joke!

Parking is available but tight and difficult to maneuver.You can make appointments to speak to an account manager, but I was able to walk in since I had a minor issue to take care of. There is no sign up sheet so I had to knock on a cubicle. Only one person available on a Friday.Lobby has 2 ATMs for most transactions and the machines are decently we maintained.A couple of teller windows were open even near closing time on a Friday afternoon

This branch is smaller and does not have a lot of the services you might need such as notary services. And sometimes the ATMs are all out of service which makes it really inconvenient. But at least they have a parking lot.

Atm changed the open hours so had to use another type of atm witch cost me over 7 dollars cuz it had to get 200 at a time and 180 the last transaction makeing it 480 instead of what I wanted 500 oh well to bad for me

Worst Chase bank ever. This woman who works there named aruni was beyond rude to me, and even before she started to assist me I could tell she was going to be an issue. When I first walked in the bank she was talking down about another employee who was out on lunch I’m assuming and saying how she hates working with her and she’s going to tell their location manager she’s been stealing office supplies. When she saw me she approached me and proceeded to ask me if I had an account with them with such a terrible attitude. She also singled me out when she asked that even though I was not at her window.. definitely gave off some racist or classist vibes. Either way I felt so uncomfortable I left.

I’m sorry Chase pays their employees to treat people with such disrespect and projection of personal judgments. It’s simply reinforcing the inequalities Chase politics projects internationally. Very old fashion, stratified prejudice is pervasive at this branch. I’m grateful to know now, so to make better financial choices in my future, without chase holding me back.

The teller helping me was perfectly pleasant. The service I needed was a bit complicated and needed a supervisor override multiple times. Sarah, the supervisor, was very rude and treated the two other tellers very poorly, one of whom told me she was new. It made me uncomfortable, not to mention the poor learning environment for new employees.
