Outstanding customer service from everyone at this branch today, including Jason and Yesica. They were so helpful in resolving issues with my atm card and also walked me through how to use my phone to access services. They’ve also been great with my kids who have accounts here too. Thank you!

The drive through ATM is in ruins but there's a functioning 24h ATM inside. Anyone with a Chase debit/credit card can open the door after hours by using the card reader and get inside to access the ATM machine. It is much safer then withdrawing cash outside in the drive through ATM. They provide good service with little or no waiting during business hours.

Stupid chase branch in the area. They haven't bothered to fix the drive thru atm in weeks and if you try and use the lobby atm, their rent a security won't let you in even if you're a member. Avoid this branch at all cost, clearly have no value towards members, not sure why I still bank with them but will be changing.

No ATM access after hours! The drive up ATM is removed and the one in the entryway is inaccessible. The door will not open with a card so you can't get to that ATM either. Talk about a serious inconvenience that you can't get your own money without paying another bank. Get it together please!

This is the closest chase to my house. And I’ve been a chase customer for almost 20 years. This is only branch I try to avoid. I’ve been there numerous occasionally , The tellers tend to do their jobs but are not overly friendly or welcoming, and as soon as you ask them something they don’t know, they will lean over and ask their “manager” who’s is always running around, and who will continually give you the shortest and quickest “no” he can give. His immediate impression is I don’t want to help you, or even try to listen, And how fast can I end this conversation. He has no customer service or willingness to take the time to consult his customers. His attempt to look busy comes off as inconsiderate and disrespectful. You can tell he has lost the ability go the extra mile, develop report, and provide solutions, and his staff follow his lead. Plus their security guard with the beer belly looks like they got him off the street and he spent the whole night drinking. Unhelpful, poor quality service, and no concern for the satisfaction of their customers. Goto the one in cedar hills.

Akshay spent over an hour with me, helping to sort through a rather complicated situation. He was attentive, friendly and put me at ease while navigating an unfamiliar (to me) process. I appreciated that he wanted a positive outcome from my visit and was determined to get there. Akshay demonstrates a level above for service which is far too often hard to find. The next time I’m in the market for banking services, I’ll be dropping by this local branch for help.

Tried to exchange to Euros for travel. Rate was over double the US rate, then instead of promised 2 day delivery it was a week. Canceled order, tellers were rude made me wait assumed with approval of manager Jason Russell who whispered in a teller’s ear, also had to personally supervise. Oh and security guard came over asked me what I was doing?? Teller then said “we’ll let you know!”

They are a horrible bank the bank manager is unprofessional and staff are stuck up and entitled. they treat the bank clients like trash they will argue with the clients when they are in the wrong and rather line their own pockets than help. Every other chase bank treats their client with respect but this one doesn't. I guess when you make too much money you forget you have manners, integrity, and customer service. Shame on you.
