This is consistently worst bank location for Chase. They don't train employees. During my on site visit yesterday (first since 2019) , they have made two attempts (to align with bank procedure) to correct my future in person appointment for signature verification for college 529 account . Today branch manager called me and told me that both employees were wrong to setup appointment and started to explain with third attempt with new procedure . So if you are going there , be careful to whom you talk . If you are looking something (related to financial matters and need quality service . I will suggest to have parallel account in another bank as plan B.

Might as well keep your money under your bed. I was looking forward to banking with Chase after a bad experience at another bank. I was going to open a business account, get a credit card, open a savings account, maybe finance a car etc. Not now. I'll be bank shopping again very soon. A completely unnecessary hold on a deposit for 9 days! Avoid with extreme prejudice.

I came to this branch to get some rolled coins. I was the only person in line and there were 4 employees and I still had to wait 10 minutes to get help. They told me they were out of quarters so I had to go to a different branch. I’ll never do banking here ever again

I had a great experience here!! I came in due to a problem with closing my account online and receiving the funds. Even though I’d closed my account and it wasn’t my branch, they were extremely helpful, friendly, and were able to resolve the problem the same day. Especially grateful to Sharron for initially looking into the problem, and then Erika, the branch manager, for resolving it.If I ever do bank with Chase again, I would like this to be my branch.

Chase , in general is the worst bank . This branch is not Friendly at all and aligned with the reputation. They have blocked by online access because I attempted to Zale. Now they want me go to branch and verify my ID( this was 1 year ago when COVID was at peak). Few years back , I tried to get demand draft for my home purchase, they blocked the fund for 3 days stating it is unusual ( > $100k) amount and need wait for clearance. Come on , it is my money and I am sitting in front of you with all ID then how you can hold my funds . Don't open account here ( go for small or local banks like US bank or Key Bank).

A supervisor could have been nicer when handling (attempting to handle) transactions that she is not familiar with. Came off as rude and condescending.

This is not a review of this branch specifically, but Chase Bank in general. I've been a Chase Bank account holder (2 business accounts, 1 personal, savings, home equity line of credit, 2 credit cards), since 2007. It was great at the beginning; great to deal with and they were happy to help me with business issues as they arose. Fees were non existent for the most part. Recently, however, everything has changed. They are now charging me to use my own money. I have to pay $20 for every month that my personal checking account falls below $1,500 and $15 for every month that my business accounts fall below $2,000 for EVEN ONE DAY of each month. I am a small business, severely impacted by COVID restrictions and the lock down of 2020. I can't possibly keep that much money on hand at all times. I have bills and clients to pay. I am going this morning to close all accounts and put them where my business is valued. I have paid off the HELOC and 1 credit card. Will pay off the 2nd credit card as soon as I can or transfer the balance to another. I'm done with Chase.

Chase has become very hands off when it comes to banking. When you go into a bank and ask for basic things like transaction history or questions regarding business banking but are referred to an ATM or a website I would drop that bank. I would totally agree with a lot of the previous reviews regarding this branch's slow and rude customer service. For daily banking , I'd go with one of the local credit unions for way better service like I did. For business related banking I moved to B of A because they were much more helpful and I found that their services with the app & travel related services (credit card, fraud protection, etc) were much more advanced.

I have been a customer at this branch for about three years and I always have a great customer services and every employees were very alert and professional. I know that when it is busy hours, I couldn’t get assistant right away and we all need to understand. I feel very comfortable at this branch and I would recommend this branch to anyone who needs a financial services.

This bank is financing climate change destruction. They make fossil fuel extraction- oil and coal - possible. Fight global warming and climate change by doing what we did - closing our Chase account.

It appears the staff at Chase bank have all improved now. I actually have great service every time I go in. Perfect mix of educated millennial and elderly insights. I enjoy Ashley as she is a wonderful employee.

I have terrible experience with this branch twice. 2 months ago I went to get a cashier's check and the bank manager told me that my debit card is not working which was not true. This is despite having adequate funds in the account. I had to go to a different branch. Yesterday I went deposit check via their drive through.despite signing each every check with the correct account number they have deposited all 21 checks into the wrong account. It seems like the tellers don't pay attention to their work and bank manager is not attentive to the customers needs.
