Already had an online account but this was my first time visiting in person. Wanted another credit card. Bankers and tellers were very friendly, I was greeted at the door right away! Superb customer service, Cory was really friendly and a great guy, really flexible to meet my banking needs. Would go again, this branch is great. Layout's a little confusing though, but the bankers will guide you through haha.

I had an amazing experience at Chase Bank thanks to Cory. He is by far one of the best bankers I’ve ever met. Cory was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with real knowledge and care. Cory truly goes above and beyond. If you’re visiting this branch, I highly recommend asking for him.
