Been coming to this location for years and service has gone extremely down hill, especially by gas station low standards.
Went this morning and I personally choose to not pump my own gas because my child is typically with me and i don’t want to touch the pump stuff then touch them getting them out the car. I also get elaborate artwork nails done and don’t want to risk messing them up. Waited 15 minutes with my window down while the guy was in the booth ignoring me listening to music very loud. Saw him looking at me a few times too. A woman came up to him and sat in the booth, assuming to start her shift, and also ignored me and I hear her reciting my license plate to him. Very bizarre and insanely poor customer service.

I filled up my gas tank here, the guy outside saw me heading inside and asked me if I needed to pay inside, I said no and that I was going to use the bathroom. He said okay buddy in a friendly manner.
Once I got inside I asked the guy behind the counter where the restroom was and he said there’s a sign right there that says no restroom and he seemed annoyed, I told him that the guy outside told me that there was a bathroom inside and all he said was, “he said what!?”
It was not a great interaction. The gas is fine but customer service was lacking.

True scam rip off gas station they don’t have anything priced like the snacks beverages charged near 4$ for an Arizona tea.

If you are looking for the most expensive gas in Portland this is your place. Also there is no restroom except at Starbucks.

I was having a little trouble getting the pump to accept my card and could have used some assistance. I was in a company vehicle and the attendant must of assumed I knew what I was doing. By all means it would have seemed I should have. It was just a bit irritating that I soon as they saw me pull it they literally went the other way and disappeared. Could have at least said hello.

Stay away! What terrible customer service. Old, broken and sketchy machines and 6 dollars for b20! Greedy scum owner. Look at the reviews. Need new owner asap!

This place is a rip off-at least Pete is. I asked Pete for $5 of gas and he filled it up. My total was $40 vs $5. When I reminded him that I requested $5 dollars, he said glibly, “Oh, I forgot” I asked what he plan to do about it and he said nothing but what was I going to do about it-Let it go or throw a fit. I told him it was his mistake, and he needed to correct it. He was rude, condescending, and obviously has done this before and doesn’t care. I wish I had read the previous reviews, and I never would’ve stopped there. I’m still trying to stop my payment.Who’s the owner?

The worst has station experience I've ever had! Pete, who put gas in my car, was rude, condescending and confrontational. I requested $5 of gas and he filled my tank and said, ""Oops, I forgot". When I asked what he planned to do about his mistake he said " Nothing. and I could accept it out make a fuss " He refused to give me the owners name but said if I asked him nicely he'd give the owner name and number.

Neglected slumb Chevron gas station at a great Starbucks with decrepit old gas pumps falling apart with a garbled payment screen so faint you can hardly make out what it says. The useless gas pump attendant with the red beard takes pride in insulting customers. Thank God Oregonian can finally pump their own gas so we don't have to deal with this worthless punk. Now if they can just update their 1980's era gas pumps. The only thing that makes this gas station worthy of visiting is the fact that is in front of a Starbucks.

Don’t come here unless you want to be stolen from. I paid 40. 93 for gas only, I check on my bank account to see they charged me 100! Very disappointed since I go to this station often. The gas attendants need to be put in their place.

Pump guy that whistles like a bird is rude and snarky. He couldn’t answer a straightforward question. Go across the street. They don’t deserve your money.

Gas attendant was an absolute jerk, so much so I left without filling up despite being on empty. Even though this is the closest station to my house I will not be returning.
