Idk about the other reviews but here’s mine. You wanna know how I know this station is higher class than most? The windshield squeegee tanks had actual soapy water in them, not just water.
5 stars nuff said.

The store manager, Angela, was TERRIBLE at having great customer service. Spoke about her recent trips to some islands? When I had asked, “wow! That sounds expensive.” I was met with, “I just buy the tickets.”
Ok great. Where is the employee pumping gas???
This used to never happen, you need a new manager or I wjll take this to corporate.

Horrible customer service.
I went to go fill my tire up tonight. After trying multiple times my tire eventually went flat. Now I have been going here for years and have never had a problem before. I usually buy my fuel there since it’s so close to home.
I asked one of the employees to help me. He was also unsuccessful.
He suggested I drive a mile down the road on a completely flat tire to another station or jiffy lube. REALLY???
He then went in to talk to his manager. The manager came out and they both told me that it is broken and they have been having problems with it all day.
I suggested putting a sign out so that nobody else would use it. The manager said “IT’S FREE AIR”. And walked away.
I explained to him that I now have a flat and need to call roadside assistance because he was too lazy to put a sign on the pump.
He shrugged his shoulders and kept walking.
Great customer service guys. I won’t ever buy fuel there again. And trust me I will be telling EVERYONE know too.

Legally they are supposed to provide a worker to pump the gas. Having one employee on a busy Saturday means having to go in and beg them to pump the gas. Then wait for a long time. This isn’t right. You lost a long term customer today.

This was my go to gas station for a very very long time! Since Fall of 2023, they have chosen NOT to follow Oregon Law by providing 50% of the pumps serviced by an attendant. This has now occurred THREE times and the two times that I addressed it with the cashier, I was told they did not have to follow the Oregon Law. Today, I was told the the law was "optional"! Sure read into the law what you want. What is "optional" is the station's decision to allow "Self Serve"! This Chevron Station has NO signage and follows none of the rulings of Oregon House Bill 2426. I have no issues for those who choose to Self Serve, but I do not appreciate a business who chooses to not follow the law and outright lie about what they are supposed to do. I have no need to pump my own gas.

This is the gas station that I use most often. There are good snacks inside, decent, coffee, and almost never a line for gas.

Looks like they fired all of their gas pump attendants so they can sell their gasoline at full serve prices while avoiding the overhead of paying for employees.

Back at this awesome friend chevron this mourning to try to air up the back right attire. I was not successful on this goal for whatever reason. I will try another air station. This one was free so it was my first stop. The air and water is free like everything should be according to the rules of Ancient Free Accepted Masons Kenton 145:-)

This Chevron was my go to location due to proximity, quick service and overall cleanliness. But apparently after the new Oregon law passing, this location is all self-service but there are NO SIGNS posted stating this, and there are no employees willing to help at the pumps and will literally just sit inside and watch you sit in your car while you patiently wait for them to never come out and help. Most all other gas stations that I have been to after this law change have marked stations for self-serve so you know an attendant will not help you, but here apparently they just decided that all stations will be self-serve without notice. One of the perks living here is not having to pump your own gas, and if I have to pump my own gas, there better be a benefit like it being cheaper at a fully self-serve station, but it sure as hell isn't!! This is my neighborhood gas station, very convenient, but I will no longer bring my business here.

Horrible customer service. The attendant was extremely rude. For some reason, they are always out of paper to print receipts. Never going to this location again.

I'm glad they are nice to little lady who sits there sometimes.
