The food wasn’t bad but felt like it needed more flavor. Sort of bland, but the reason for the low rating was our server, when we were charged for the meal she insisted on giving her a tip. We had to ask for water halfway through the meal cause she never brought it out. Then when we decided not to tip she asked 3 times “no tip”? Weird and uncomfortable

The food is fantastic if you can wait for it. We waited for 45 mins and then left because no one came to take our order. The food is great but the service leaves alot to be desired. I had two great experiences but this experience ruined it for me. I won’t be

I have been getting takeout here for special occasions, parties and holidays for a couple of years (most recently today for the Super Bowl). The online ordering system works great, they’ve got everything you would want to eat, and the folks at the restaurant are nice as can be. Great and consistent.

Staff was sweet, but never checked back or asked how it tasted. Hot n sour a soup was bland. Like in needed more salt and tanginess. The kung pao chicken was just chicken and peanuts. I was expecting SOME vegetables. And the peanuts should be toasted a little. Seemed like they were tossed in the mix last-minute. My Chinese wife had Salt Pepper pork ribs, which were so-so. Not much flavor inside. I had high hopes for this little place. I hope they work on things a little.

I ordered Chinese Delicacy last night and got the crab puffs, kimchi, bbq pork lo mein, and the honey walnut shrimp. It was all AMAZING. Don’t sleep on the kimchi, it didn’t have a sour, fermented taste- I looooved it. The honey walnut shrimp was to die for ( it did not come with veg fyi) and the pork lo mein was perfect. I’m sure everything from here is wonderful!Kimchi 10/10Crab Puffs 9/10BBQ Pork Lo Mein 10/10Honey Walnut Shrimp 10/10Thank you!!!!

The food is excellent. Soup noodles are some of the best and the other dishes are extremely tasty.

If you want to eat genuine Chinese food, don't bother coming here. The taste is not great and some of them are too sweet to suit Chinese palates. Ordered the fried chicken wings and they were dripping with oil and sweet liked candy and the texture is rubbery with zeo taste. The seafood fish fillet hot pot is another disappointment. For which the fish is very dry and no fish taste. Even macdonald fish filet is much better.

So, I ate here once before and thought it was ok. This particular time, well, the experience was not so good. I am not sure if I was the only one who experienced this on this day of the June 23, 2023 but I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. I will put the emphasis on sour because 3 hours after I ate it, I could not stop throwing up. Now Like I said, it was fine the first time I ate it but not this time. I don;t like putting reviews up unless I am absolutely sure that I had food poisoning and I am. Maybe this is a one off thing with this place but I am not taking a chance. I only give places one time when it comes to that. Sorry but not sorry.

One of the last 화교 음식 (Chinese immigrant in Korea) restaurants. Not many exist in the world, much less Oregon. Bow they’re kinda modernized commercialized pretend 화교 places if they are around. But thankfully my neighbor started this place and I grew up getting food here. It is excellent. I recommend the trademark dishes: black bean noodles, sweet n sour fried pork, and spicy seafood noodle soup. Enjoy!

I have been driving past this place for years, decided to try it out. Great food, not greasy, and the lunch specials are only 11.50! Main course is always excellent, but the fried rice is tasteless and spring roll is always mushy. Shrimp is hit or miss on being de veined. Favorites are Honey Walnut shrimp and vegetable fried rice. Photos are of Shrimp and vegetable lunch special.

One of the most authentic Chinese restaurants in Portland. Their potstickers are so good and their scallion pancakes, yum!
