DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, bought a car and not even a week later the car broke down on me and now I’m having to pay out of pocket for a damaged vehicle. The car has been in automotive shops longer than I’ve had it for and multiple different damages have to be fixed. When I bought the car they encouraged me to get the front to back warranty, which no automotive shop would accept and it’s already been used since the transmission on the car was busted. Since then I’ve had to replace the O2 sensor, the transmission, the brakes, oil, and tires. Regret buying a car from here and I am never coming back!

Driving home happy today! Matt and everyone at Chuck Wise were wonderful to work with. Even with my terrible credit they were more than willing to work with me, gave me a great deal, and just made me feel comfortable. Helpful, upfront, and kind ?

A very friendly staff here. The prices are reasonable and they made doing business easy. Matt and Chuck are both straightforward and I appreciated that. Would recommend if you're looking for a used vehicle.

I had a very bad experience buying fromChuck Wise. I speak from experience when I say it will save you a lot of time, worry, and money if you look elsewhere for a used car. Do not trust their word for the condition of the car, have someone who knows what they are doing inspect the vehicle.

Matt was the man! Had very low credit/not a lot to put down for downpayment and he helped me out with getting some new wheels asap after i got into an accident and totaled my last car. Came in on his day off to get me all sorted. Car is in near flawless condition and drives amazing. Highly recommend buying from him!

Completely wasted my time ran my credit got a loan which dinged my credit was scheduled to pick up the vehicle, called them the day of which there was only a 24 hour span between this time. Never got a callback. Started heading there to pick up car and sign I get a text saying oh somebody came in with cash.beware definitely scammers. If they’re willing to negatively affect you to make a buck they’re willing to sell you out YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

Honestly... if I could give them 0 stars I would. I got ripped off. Plain and simple. I should have known too. I made a mistake of trusting what Matt said about the vehicle I purchased. Here I am, a 3 months later and having to spend thousands of dollars on repairs on things he said worked well. I'm honestly just so disappointed. I trusted this dealer to sell me what they had, not the lies I was given. If I would have know this vehicle had SO MANY acual issues, I still would have bought it, just not at the UNREAL price that I did. The engine has major issues, the transmission and 4x4 systems all have major issues. None of which were explained to me at all. Ether the "master mechanic" They have employed doesn't know what he's looking at, or my salesman knew and wanted the sale. I have a bad feeling it was both. I talked to Matt for weeks on my purchase. And made the mistake of trusting everything he said to me. And that's my fault... I'm just disappointed. He talked a great game but what came off that transport truck was not what he sold me. I still hope chuck wise has a good retirement. As much as I don't believe in the business practices at this establishment, I have to admit that it's my fault for believing what was told to me. Not everyone in this world is honest. That's the real crime here. I'd like to see this made right but I won't hold my breath. They got what they wanted. I'll post pics when I can get more clear and accurate ones.
