Tasteecat Comics is Portland's leading comic book store for vintage back issues from the Golden, Silver, and Bronze Age. It offers a huge selection of manga, trade paperbacks, and hardcovers, alongside new comics and a subscription service. The store features Portland's largest selection of Funko POPs, a nice organized kids section, and Magic & Pokemon boosters. It is a smaller shop but has a little something for everyone, including great $1 boxes. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and provides excellent customer service. They offer great advice for all ages and patient, excellent suggestions. The shop has a cool, fun, and relaxed vibe. It provides a fantastic option with a great selection, making it worth a visit to support a local comic store. Members can adjust their subscription lists via email, which is a total selling point.
Super cool store and people. Unlike other stores they are actually willing to buy. Five stars for sure

Nothing was tasty and there were no cats to be found, but holy carp they had a great selection of comics.

This a fantastic shop! Good selection of trades, back issues and new releases. The guy who helped me out, Stephen (or Steven) had excellent suggestions and was patient with my questions. Good stuff all around. Highly recommend
