Over the years, service has gotten worse.... I feel the service is reactive as opposed to proactive and that's a disadvantage if you need to plan ahead for your business. My personal return was missing basic information I already provided, resulting in it being returned. When I brought it up along with other concerns, I was blamed and no responsibility was taken. It was only when I asked for the corrected return that I got it sent to me to sign and send. And it sucked previously setting up an S Corp with only one week to set up payroll. These things should be done earlier and with better planning. I also requested a call since there was a drastic change in my business but it was denied. If you're too busy for a call, then that a definite business killer for me.
