The vibe here doesn’t feel very friendly. I don’t know if it’s because it’s more of a bank for businesses but the old branch on Lovejoy was more welcoming. There’s an older woman with gray or platinum hair that seems to add to the unpleasantness. I’ve seen her sitting at a desk when I’ve come in. The two interactions I’ve had with her were negative. What are the odds?! I now try to avoid her. I don’t think she’s a good fit.

Quaint, small location. It felt really weird and uncomfortable when some random woman got up from her desk and watched the dude deposit money into my account. I've been banking with Columbia for years and never once had that happen.

The Glisan branch is generally helpful but does have a lot of staff turnover. I think this is a problem at most banks, big and small. The business of banking wants retail customers to do everything online.

I just wasted 20 minutes on the phone with someone who didn't know what state Columbia bank was in and couldn't find my information from the information printed on a Columbia Bank Statement. I am so disgusted!

I don't typically bank here, but had to do a business transaction with some corporate paperwork and the staff here was very helpful and friendly and accommodated me a bit outside of regular hours. Much appreciated.

Literally the WORST bank in the world. Their systems are 5-7 years behind the curve, their web presence is awful, and their service is the worst, no one there has any idea what they are doing. I regrettably made the mistake of setting up my business account here and it has been the biggest headache ever. Furthermore, we ended our service with them about 6 months ago and have spent AT LEAST 5 phone calls having to go back and cancel our service again with them because they are so disorganized. To add insult to injury, I just received a phone call from a collections agency about a balance that has been taken care SEVERAL times. They are the worst service I have ever had to deal with, and yes, that includes Comcast. AVOID AT ALL COST.
