Attempted to do the same transaction as I've always done for 2 years. 3 (male) staff members were clueless, looking into my account like they had no idea what they were doing, I got uncomfortable with their unusual timing of the $350 transaction & went to the ATM instead.

Don’t go here! I started working in the area so it’s my go to branch lately. Male teller in his 30-40s will throw your card back at you on the counter regardless of how nice you are. Has happened 3 times to me by the same teller. Disgusting and humiliating. Also unnecessary. As a cna hospitality is bs. Full of old bratty men !! ??

They need to update their time because my husband and I went to cash his check and the website said open at 8:30 am but when we got there, the door was still closed. We call the bank and the teller told us that they open at 9 am instead of 8:30. It’s false advertising if they don’t open their door until 9 am

I'm not a bank customer but I was glad that the bank teller was able to make an exception for me.I was staying in a nearby hotel and I needed quarters for the hotel laundromat. The hotel was out of change.The teller was able to let me exchange $20.00 for two rolls of quarters so we can now do laundry today and next week.Thanks for the friendly teller who gently bent her bank's rules on my behalf.

Tried to open a business account and in the very just beginning the didn't gave us any information about how the account works and they already basically refuse to open the account asking for paperwork that not other banks ask for

I have been banking with columbia for about 5 years. I even had a auto loan through this bank. I have frequently had issues making payments in the branch. The teller (Colby) is poorly trained and needs to ask for help each time. I approved a payment today, which he had trouble processing. The manager (Gene Matson) told me he would take care of it. I checked my account and found a different amount had been removed. I called Gene back, and he said "I don't see what the big deal is". Do not trust these people with your money, because accuracy is not a big deal to them.

the worst place to bank with period! management is horrible, old grumpy woman..they make a living off your money. go try somewhere else. don't waste your time

Have been banking here at this location for almost 6 years and over the last six months things have really gone downhill I don't know what they've done but it's constantly terrible every time I go in way too long and I feel like I'm being treated unfairly like im gonna cash a bad check which i never have needless to say I will not be banking here any longer and I hope they get their act together because it's getting bad

Very helpful and courteous. The staff Ben, Matt, and Sam seem to really know their stuff! There is nowhere else to bank, because Columbia Bank is THE bank.
