I rented a slip here. Probably one of the best prices in ptown. Biggest selling point is they rent for a season not just all year. My slip could stand a bit of work. I'll chat with them about that.

Good calm spot, friendly people. Nice place to put a boat. Current can be a little tricky for larger sailboats, but that's the river.No overnighting on boats or boom tarping due to it being a floating home community.
