I only go here because it's convenient, definitely not for the quality of the studio. It's corporate and generic. They cram a TON of people into an already tiny studio space. This leaves no room for the instructor to actual instruct, which means you're relying solely on verbal commands, which doesn't work for all brains. Then I must rely on the people next to me doing it correctly, which they often don't. I've been practicing for years, but that doesn't mean I know everything, I learn all the time from good teachers, I haven't grown as a yogi at all by going to this studio. They don't teach so you learn yoga, they teach so you GET A WORKOUT. It's not about quality it's about how many people can we cram and how hard of a workout can they give. Works for some I guess, but really they're just posing as a yoga studio.

Love this studio! Highly recommend. I'm so glad I joined and everyone there is great. My one suggestion would be to please keep the light lower in sculpt classes. When the lights are bright it feels like a PE class and it is harder to get in the zone.

Great studio with flexible schedule and nice teachers!

Hot Power Fusion is like the abbreviated, more manageable version of Bikram, without a creep in your space. I love how the heat opens my body and my lungs, and once accepted, brings my focus singularly into the practice, just movement and breath. The teacher's gentle voice, a guide. Options can be different for the day, I never know how I'm going to show up, but am learning patience, strength alongside flexibility, grace. Chenoa was a lovely instructor, offering a perfectly balanced class, also reverent of yoga's roots with knowledge to share.

They offer a variety of classes throughout the day and I can always find a time that works for me. Instructors are friendly -- They try to remember your name so don't be surprised when they compliment YOU in class. Recently, I had to leave class early because I wasn't feeling well and I didn't feel judged. Since classes can be back to back, the downfalls are that the studio sometimes isn't the cleanest. Imagine small pools of sweat and sweaty equipment. :( Since I love the convenient schedule and I get a great workout, it still works for me. My favorite class is yoga sculpt, which incorporates weights. Tips: Parking can be a pain and classes can get crowded so show up with plenty of time to set up and park.

The studio is nice and the yoga classes are good. Instructors are typically friendly and knowledgeable. My biggest issue with this studio is they don’t use microphones so in the sculpt classes, the teacher crank the music to the highest maximum volume, while expecting you to somehow mind read their program as you sort of flop around following your neighbor. It’s aggregating every single class I take. If you’re hard of hearing in anyway you’ll have zero idea what to do until you finally catch on and by then the instructor has moved on to something else you have no idea.

Been taking the Yoga Sculpt for about a month now and LOVE it! Perfect full body work out that mixes HIT, weights & yoga. Impossible not to get your sweat on with the added heat. Great for any fitness level as most exercises can be adjusted to go as hard as you want to or as easy as you need to. Trying to convince all my friends to join. Favorite classes to take (so far at NW) for overall workout & music playlists are McKenzie, Lorenzo & Marnie’s classes! All are great teachers & definitely have motivated me to push myself harder. :)

I enjoyed the welcoming environment and my instructor, Evening Krauel, was top notch! She was clearly a seasoned and knowledgeable yoga instructor, and it wasn’t just a yoga class, she created an experience.

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership here for a few months now and it’s impossible!I have called them multiple times the past 4 month with no one ever picking up, their app and website don’t make it easy to cancel and it’s so frustrating!

CP is a good place generally, I've visited in multiple cities via class pass and memberships, unlimited is worth it if you go enough. Here, you just have to find the instructors and classes you like. They have the usual equipment & amenities, but the one thing objectively bad is their mats for rent. I use & recommend lululemon, every time I forget my mat I may as well not go because I always slip and hurt myself on their awful mats. I don't know why this company rents out something they have to know is a bad experience, you can't do half the down-dogs and have to start making up your own practice.

My hot yoga class here was challenging as well as invigorating and grounding. The instructor gave useful feedback and didn't give off woo-woo vibes. The locker room area was really nice and has showers and all that jazz. First class is free! Give it a shot.

BEWARE- I signed up for a two week promotion, attended two mediocre classes, at best, and after was auto charged $300. ($149. for two months) with no notice from Core Power that charges were recurring. Do not share your credit card information with this business, you will be charged without notice. Further, there is a no way to reach a Core Power representative by phone to dispute charges. I submitted a written request for reimbursement and to stop the recurring charges but Core Power did not send me any written confirmation that my request was received. This business takes advantage of people and perhaps even more sad that it purports to be a yoga studio.
