I wanted to share my incredible experience at Cosmoprof today, and it was all because of Jessica. She helped me choose my products, and her knowledge and patience were truly impressive. What really stood out was how she handled a card issue I was having. She was so kind and understanding, and she made sure I didn't feel awkward at all. It felt like talking to a friend.
Jessica's warmth and genuine care made my day so much brighter. The whole atmosphere of the store is welcoming, but Jessica's exceptional service deserves special recognition. Thank you so much, Jessica!

I love Cosmo Prof but I think they should hire people that are at least semi knowledgeable. Problem is although they feel they are being helpful they aren’t. Not necessarily on chemicals but at least on what products they sell.

Would not sell me mustache wax, "because im not a barber/hair stylist." I wish the lady on the phone would have told me that before i made the drive. I needed it for personal use.

The staff was kind..Every time I try to shop at this store, the product's I'm seeking are either out of stock or if in stock? Doubled in price I'm well aware of the inflation issues threw out our country..6 months ago I bought all the same products and it only cost me $36 compared to $59 and some change..At this point? I'm thinking strongly on just paying a hair dresser..Just sayin
